They are crooks and thieves! We booked and pay rooms for 8 people, because we wante visited Interschutz 2020. Because of COVID19 we didn' travel to Hannover and they after several phones and emails give me voucher on next years. The same situation was in 2021, When we finally want to go there and use accomodation. They wrote me, that I have to pay 100euro for rebook, even if we wan to use just accomodation for 4 people (we payd for 8 people). So I want to back my money, because I had voucher for it. But they already doesn't answer me. Their behavior is absolutely terrible! I will contact them with my lawyer! Definitely recommend keep out of way this cheaters.

We booked an apartment two years ago to visit a trade fair. Because the trade fair was canceled due to Corona. The booking was rebooked for us on 21 against payment of a rebooking fee. The same, however, without further payment until 2022.We were guaranteed an equivalent apartment.Shortly before the trade fair I contacted English Romance again. And I was informed that they had forgotten us and that they had nothing left for us.After many phone calls and discussions, an alternative emerged.But what awaited us there was in the bottom drawer.Cleanliness was a foreign concept, plaster was falling off the walls, mold. The furnishings were actually completely rubbish. I'll put it this way. Refugee accommodation is cleaner and better equipped.This apartment wasn't worth all the money we paid.Before this recession, I wrote an email to the landlord to perhaps clarify things, unfortunately without any response.Unfortunately we don't have any pictures of the apartment...

First of all, the apartment is clean and nice, everything you need is there. I have to deduct 2 stars. Firstly, this accommodation is completely unsuitable for people who work on weekends and/or nights, it is very loud. There is loud telephone calls in the hallway during the day and there is constant sound with oriental music on weekends. I also don't find it trustworthy that the landlord allows the heating technicians unsupervised access to the rented rooms. Without the tenants' knowledge. The person in charge was very unfriendly. The break-in marks on the room door don't really give me a feeling of security either. So I don't recommend it here.

A complete disaster. There is no cleaning. The dirty floor has been with us for weeks. Run down and neglected. It regularly smells like sewer and the beds are not made weekly. Please give it a wide berth!!!

You can't give a rating here because the employees and everyone else are very unfriendly and don't keep their word. Above all, the rooms are very dirty and you don't feel comfortable at all. I recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel.Very bad and expensive 🤢🤢🤢🤢
