Even one star is TOO MUCH! Three youth projects were planned here in this house and due to Corona they had to be postponed. Since Ms. Klein is unable to communicate politely, she puts the phone "in your face". So you have to wait with unanswered questions for the day when she feels like working again. The lady doesn't care about planning your project because it's about her well-being! In the middle of a pandemic you're stressed about people like that! The main thing is that you have the signed contract and can demand money for cancellations! Think ten times before you sign anything here ;) This can only go wrong!

So we were there for one night in January (visiting a trade fair). The facility was currently not well attended, so to speak, a lot of things were clean and noise-free.I found contact via WhatsApp really good. If you write a message in a timely manner, you will receive a corresponding response.On the whole you shouldn't expect a 5 star facility. The complex is getting old, but this is by far one of the cheapest accommodations there (supermarket about 800m). The trade fair is really a stone's throw away.Rooms spartan only the bare necessities. It was cold in the evening or at night (solution: put on a jacket)We booked through Booking. There were four of us in the room without breakfast or food. The reception is only staffed during certain time slots, but you get keys for the outside door and room door.

We came as a group of musicians - with families / we didn't feel welcome.Communication with the management on site was in an unfriendly tone - contrary to previous agreement in the common roomSaturday not available.since completed..And when I tried to contact them by telephone around 9 p.m., the line could not be reached.Conclusion:1. I strongly advise against relying on prior agreements.2. In addition: price - performance does not match.3. I have never experienced such a lack of interest in guests on the part of management in an accommodation establishment.4. Urgent warning to book there.!!
