The location and rooms are nice, there is a swimming pool too, the parking lot is full but sufficient. but on the evening of December 22 2023 the water turned black until 9 o'clock in the morning it was still dirty, finally bought a gallon of water for ablution and cleaning. At 9 am we went out to shower at the tourist spot...

Sorry, special sharing permission goes to the owners:Be careful if you "entrust" the key + access card to the rental agent (especially certain "individuals"). Please monitor it often so that there is no fraud by these individuals (for example: saying there is no one to rent, even though there is), avoiding items being lost from the unit (for example kitchen utensils, table decorations, toiletries, brooms, mops, etc..) and other things. -things not wearing anything else.It's not a bad thing 🙏🏻 but it's a FACT that I've experienced this (by "unscrupulous" agents from somewhere on the LG floor).Once when the unit was finished being rented, the unit was left in a mess + dirty. In essence, these agents only want their money.Really the quality of human resources is not good, they have NO INTEGRITY, they are not professional.Hopefully no other owner experiences something similar. Hopefully Gateway can get better, from an environmental perspective, and from the people or workers too. Greetings 🙏🏻

Came here because I wanted to go to Jakarta notebook.Inside there are many food courts, and there is a minimarket. Parked vehicles are not well organized. So the vehicle parking is scattered everywhere.Motorbike parking 1500.

I am a resident, more than 1 year. Very disappointed with this apartment, especially with the security. I was told to secure the unit which likes to make noise, but instead the door was knocked on, no action was taken. It wouldn't be comfortable if it was every evening or Sunday. Or a normal day. There are 2 rooms that you like to rent. Dipke did something wrong. Where do I know? I know because even the slightest sound can be heard in our unit. There was another incident where I had sex until I screamed loudly. Asked security to warn them instead they just knocked. Don't want to live here, there's a shortage of parking, security can't be trusted, leaving packages at security is difficult even though the residents are busy and not in the unit. Just leave it for a while, it's hard to bother. Everything works. What is the function of security if so? Just stay in the post like that? Don't we pay via IPL? The IPL has gone up and we still pay. Not to mention those who like to rent rooms, please use them for adultery. Most of them are said to be incorrect. It's rare for real couples to rent, mostly young people who rent to commit adultery. Where are you arrogant while playing music and don't close the door slowly? Until the vibrations in our unit. Anyway, it's not nice to live in this apartment, so I want to stay in it for a long time. Think again, because comfort and tranquility are more important than facilities. Even though everything is close, it's uncomfortable to the point where you can't sleep because the people who rent daily are noisy. Only then did I feel how disappointed it was to live here. Most of the female security guards are not friendly. Only the parking attendants there are good. Apart from that, there's nothing else
