Toilet: Out of orderAir conditioner: Not workingA comfortable sleep is NOT POSSIBLE! because of bed itself & no sound isolation, staff are loudly chatting, never ending construction in early morning and you hear everything.The old lady in reception: very unfriendly and arrogant.Disappointment.

we spent our money on a terrible night, if you also want to have an awful night and waste your money you can choose this hotel.we started to drive from berlin and got tired on the way, checked in in the night. after just 3 HOURS sleep we woke up because of workers, they started repairing with hammers and machines which were way TOO LOUD.we COULDNT rest and had 8 HOURS MORE TO DRIVE.then we explained the situation to the receptionist, firstly she didn’t even realised that i was in there because she was busy with chatting his friends. then RUDELY she said that hotel is in innovation, nothing to do with that and turned back to her friends. i asked if workers can switch to the another room, again she rudely said “NO. “ actually she didnt even want to answer to me because chatting with her friends was more exciting. the way how she answered was very ARROGANT.so, if you have a problem, it’s more than likely staff doesnt help and you see an arrogant attitude.toilet on the floor was out of order.air conditioner and HEATER were not working and the room was too COLD. we were freezing for whole night.the staff are having a loud conversation in the lobby in the morning, all the rooms down to the end of the corridor have to hear it.all i can say is we paid for an awful experience.

I had a very pleasant one-night stay here. The hotel is in a very handy location near the motorway, but it's tucked away down a quiet road so I slept very well. The lady at reception was really friendly and spoke some English, thankfully! There is a Netto store just down the road.The car park was full, but there is unrestricted on-street parking directly outside the hotel gates, so that wasn't a problem. The room itself had an unusual layout (sink in the room, shower directly into the room), but I actually quite liked that. There is a slight smoky smell in reception (quite normal in Germany!), but that was not at all present in the room itself.In summary, very good value! I would definitely stay here again.

Completely sufficient for my purposes. The breakfast is very good. Everything is currently being rebuilt, which has not yet disrupted operations. It's all ok. I was satisfied.

The rooms are from 1900 very disgusting in the shower everything was yellow layer and the rooms were very small cramped and uncomfortable the lady at the reception was very unfriendly would never go to the hotel again not even for free.

I don't know what the other rooms are like, but ours was tiny. Shower cubicle and sink directly in the room. But honestly, what do you need for one night? A bed with good mateaze, a toilet, sink and shower. Everything was there and, above all, clean. The shower had enough pressure and hot water. For me, the location and parking situation are always important. The hotel is right on the motorway, so easily accessible and there is parking right in front of the hotel. The reception was friendly.

Unfortunately the reception wasn't very friendly. The drinks machine was broken. You couldn't buy a coffee even though the machine was ready to use! The room itself was clean, the shower and sink were located directly in the room. Space was very limited! If you just need something to sleep, it's ok. But you shouldn't expect much. The available parking spaces are a plus!

Former IBIS Budget Hotel. Apparently the long-time employees were taken on. I have had the experience several times in the former IBIS budget hotels that people with an intensive guest orientation work there. My check-in was very positive and pleasant. The attentive and friendly employee dealt with my request very accommodatingly. Thank you for that.

We have rarely seen such a warm and friendly welcome! The price-performance ratio is top. The rooms are clean and tidy. It's totally quiet and we slept really well. In the morning we were greeted just as warmly by the operating couple as we had been the day before. Stay as you are, you are right. Here you can see a hotel stands or falls with the people who run it. Thank you very much again for everything. The guests from the Ruhr area

Very friendly at reception. They recommended good places to eat and they were very accurate. Very good roadside hotel if you are on the way. Small, clean and comfortable rooms. I don't have photos of the room but it reminded me a lot of an IBIS. Very basic breakfast. but enough
