A very nice hotel. We got an upgrade. The suite at the top was breathtaking. Actually far too big for an overnight stay, but we still enjoyed it.The breakfast is very rich. However, we found the room to be a bit too narrow. It's better to avoid having breakfast there during peak hours.The food in the restaurant in the evening was very tasty. The kitchen is flexible and open to other wishes. The staff in the restaurant were extremely nice and competent.

I was only at the hotel bar for a short time and the atmosphere is very cozy. The waiters are very attentive, everything is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. Gracias! 🫠

Great location for train station, Opera house and shops and restaurants. Beautiful reception area with fresh flowers and plants throughout. The staff were delightful, and the bar was cosy and intimate with charming bar staff.

Wonderful 5 star hotel with a family atmosphere and very attentive staff in the center of Hanover (near the train station). The city can be explored on foot from here, and a shuttle service is also offered here for further excursions or for airport transfers. Check in and just feel good 👍🙃👍

Lovely hotel full of history and artifacts but no kettle nor teas/ coffees for a Superior Deluxe room !!! After talking to reception ,they gave us one to stop us going on about it .Only Executive rooms get a kettle and tea/ coffee!! Lovely cosy bar .Lovely fresh flowers

I do not recommendOn a business trip, I requested a late check out. I was allowed to stay until 1pm. If I arrived later than 1pm, I was told I would have a Eur150 penalty which I agreed. So I left my luggage and medicines and personal items in the room. Having had a stroke a month ago, I needed medication prior to boarding a plane.I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 thinking that o was going to be charged EuR150.To my surprise, the card keys did not open the door I thought because of the 30 min late arrival.I was even more surprised when I found out that, without my permission, my luggage and medicines and personal items have been removed from the room and I was checked out without any notice!Never have I been treated with so much disrespect! I was not able to get the medicine which was an injection!!! And the receptionist Marcelo and others did not care, did not apologize and just followed the “rules of the management”.As I got to London later , I found out that the money that I had left in one pockets of my backpack was no longer there!I decided not to complain to the hotel in writing as, most probably, I would be ignored by management.The hotel is average, the service is below standards and disrespect a common practice. I stay at the hotel with business colleagues regularly but this was the last time as the hotel is not a trustworthy place !
