Disastrous reception, self check in doesn't work properly and doesn't save any time. Completely overpriced for the performance. Key only available via QR code on an sma. Room not ready for occupancy at the stated time. Totally overpriced parking fees (€30 per day), overwhelmed staff

It is a modern hotel. Everything has been modernized and is well maintained. The room doors can be opened with your smartphone, so you no longer have to carry cards or keys with you.The room itself is rather small, but I was there for work and it was totally sufficient. A coffee machine and a kettle were also in the room. The service was good, but unfortunately the lady at the reception wasn't in a good mood and let the guests feel it.The only not so advantageous point is the location. It is located in the city center, but unfortunately also directly on the tram. So I couldn't sleep with the window open, but I could have turned on the air conditioning if necessary.

The positive aspects are basically only of a physical nature: the condition of the room - it was new - then there is the most to complain about. And the location right near the shopping mile and train station is great.A lot of things that have to do with service are not going well!1. Taxes are charged on site and must be paid immediately - this was not previously written anywhere in the many emails or mentioned during booking - the taxes are also not tourist taxes in the classic sense but are to be paid by the hotel operator according to the room price charged.2. Received a lot of emails (17 in total) so that we should prepare for keyless access. We don't like the solution with the cell phone as a key!!! You can send as many emails as you want and you won't accept this solution. This wasn't mentioned in the booking process either.3. Room cleaning is a disaster - or non-existent. Also not mentioned before booking. No, that doesn't work.4. We complained physically to the reception - the friendly lady didn't listen to us at all on Sunday morning October 6th, 2024 around 10 a.m. and didn't take us seriously when I raised the above points. The request was to record the points and fix them.

Spent one night there, the room was okay, one person can stand on the balcony. I was in the bathroom at 5 p.m., suddenly the door opened, (probably a cleaning lady) no idea what she wanted at that time. Poor parking, so 30 Paid € to park in the backyard. Breakfast was unimaginative.

The location of the hotel is only a few 100m from the train station. Super easy to find even without navigation.Thanks to our friends at DB, my day didn't go so well, but the check-in was completed in no time and the stressful day was basically communicated to me.In other hotels I was used to being checked in in a bad mood and with Airpods in my ears. Can you imagine something like that...🙄I booked a suite and when I walked in I just had a sauna in the bedroom...I was at a loss for words.But I probably should have just looked at what I was booking.The furnishings were very modern and the beds were like new.The breakfast the next morning was super tasty and very filling, there were also enough alternatives for vegans. The service employees couldn't be bothered. Despite the restaurant being full, very patient and helpful.I can only recommend a visit here to everyone, a must have for every track layover.

The hotel offers an exceptional stay! The rooms are modern and comfortably furnished, with great attention to detail. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and attentive service of the staff, which leaves nothing to be desired. The breakfast buffet was varied and of high quality. The central location makes it possible to reach many places quickly. Absolutely recommended for a relaxing and pleasant stay!

A great hotel if you want to be right in the city.The service was also great.The room clean and nice.Breakfast very tasty.Only 100 meters to the main train station and maybe 300 meters to shopping. So great location.

After the renovation the hotel looks really good. Fully recommended for a short break in Hanover. The staff is nice and always helpful, the woman at the counter was nice and can only recommend it.

Hotel in the middle of the city, room access with cell phone, works with waiting times, room clean, little space, reception quickly overloaded due to the technical conditions with code on cell phones for people who are not technically savvy

Booked this hotel 3 nights to attend IAA transportation show. This hotel was great value compared to many others. Location is superb, very close to the central train station and shopping centre pretty much next door. We booked the deluxe studio with kitchenette for the extra space. Note I believe there are only 2 of these rooms and they are on the 1st floor right above the car park which we heard the door opening numerous times at night around 10pm and then again in the morning around 7am. It was a bit noisy. Also they give you wifi access to open the door with your mobile phone. This took a while to get used to and was frustrating at times. In hindsight we should have just asked for a swipe card. The bed was very comfy and we had windows front and back. The kitchenette was ok, had dishwasher but no supplies to use it or no towels etc to dry dishes so was very odd. We very much would have liked a washing machine/dryer as we were travelling from other places and really needed to do some washing. They didnt offer any laundry services. There is no guest laundry and the laundromat was too far away. Aside from that it was very good.

My room was like new, everything was clean and in tip-top order. It was surprisingly quiet, even though the tram was in front of the house. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great hotel!

great location. but thats about it. extremely small rooms. it was also very new, so you could smell the carpet glue. they cut out on many small costs, which added up in the end. its only okay for a one night stay, but thats it. you couldnt live out of the hotel any longer than that. there wasnt really anything complimentary or hospitable about it. they made it as cheap as possible. they shouldve set some of the decor money aside for amenities. our view was a backyard? i couldnt tell. you can also hear everythingggg from all the rooms. i could hear a family talking inside their room when i was in a hallway and their door was shut. you could hear your neighbor too. not soundproof at all. they also dont offer key cards for your room, instead they tell you to go on a website and and login and use the website as a key which was incredibly inconvenient. Their doors were horrible too.
