Beautiful, "natural", rustic, quiet campsite without a lot of entertainment frills right on the river. We were there for a week and would love to come back. The sanitary facilities are clean. The coin slot for hot showers can be a bit annoying, but it didn't bother us. Great starting point for bike tours, also suitable for racing bikes, as it is located directly on the paved river bike path.

For tens of years we have been stopping here for several days on the way to and from Italy. The rustic place is well-kept, in a great location and invites you to wonderful hikes, bike rides and day tours in the beautiful area...We always feel completely comfortable here..The friendly Schön couple are always helpful and always open to questions and concerns...The medical supply store is simple, but always clean and functional...We are already looking forward to next summer and would love to come back to you...Best regardsManfred and Angelika Schütten from Duusburg..

Cozy, quiet place by the river with beautiful mountain views near the highway. We stayed here for one night while passing through. In the morning there were fresh bread rolls on site. The plots were relatively large and gravelled. You could decide whether you wanted to use the sanitary facilities and pay a deposit and an extra fee. Check-in was possible from 6 p.m., but according to the announcement you could have arrived earlier and stood on the pitch. There are shopping and gas stations nearby. The overnight price of around 20 euros for two adults + caravan is absolutely ok. We'd love to come back.

A great place between Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Quiet (you can hear the highway when the wind blows from the wrong direction), cozy, a bit rustic and okay in terms of price. 4 euros per person for the use of the sanitary facilities - per person - is a bit much, especially since the shower also costs extra. That's an expensive "drop".

Basically well maintained, although showing its age. I found the price of the pitch a bit sporty, for the money we have already experienced top-equipped, ultra-modern pitches.

This was my third time at this campsite, now for a planned three days. I definitely won't visit him again.I arrived late on Thursday evening due to heavy traffic and of course couldn't get to the square. The office is open in the morning from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. At 8 a.m. Friday I was told I could choose a spot. I did this too. There was only one guest with his caravan near me. At lunchtime the owner called and said in a gruff tone that I was standing in a reserved spot. I replied that nothing was marked and the lady (later turned out to be his wife) at the reception told me I could choose a seat. The gentleman became a little more rude and said again that it was reserved. I also drove to the square much too early. This is only possible from 12:00 p.m. However, his wife at the reception didn't tell me anything about this beforehand. I'm also wondering how this is supposed to work if the reception is only open in the morning from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and again in the afternoon from 6:00 p.m. Who should I talk to at lunchtime about where I can stand?I again said that I knew nothing about a reservation and that I had been told that I could choose a seat. Then suddenly the person standing in front of me was at fault. He left much too early in the morning (??) and his wife couldn't have known that "my" seat was no longer occupied when I left. You don't need something like that on vacation! It went back and forth and by now I was pissed off too. Finally, I park my car in another of the numerous empty spaces to have some peace and quiet. The owner of the square then marked my original spot with a pylon. The now reserved space remained unoccupied until my planned departure on Monday!Since we had no television reception at our new site and it was raining constantly, I parked our motorhome on Sunday on one of the other numerous free - and unmarked - sites (we were currently alone on this side of the site). I later saw the owner swearing and gesticulating wildly from a distance. When we paid before we left, the owner pointed out to me in an unfriendly tone that my DIBA VISA card would not be accepted. After all, she said, it was a credit card. When I said no, she said in a harsh tone that it was on the menu. But that's not true either. The card doesn't say "credit card" and this card is a debit card, which I also use to make payments. It's definitely not a credit card. So I paid with cash and was happy to finally be able to leave the place again. The location of the place is very nice. However, the sanitary facilities require a bit of effort as there are neither lids nor toilet seats on the toilets. But you can still accept that. But service and friendliness definitely look very different to what is experienced here. You'll never see us there again.

A small, no-frills campsite. Everything important is there. The sanitary facilities are a bit old but very clean. However, there could be a few more sockets there. We stopped there and would stay there again for one night.

We were in transit and only stayed at one of the transit sites for one night. You pay a fee per person to use the sanitary facilities, then you pay extra for showering and a €20 deposit per transponder to even get into the sanitary building. Of course, as a couple you have to take two... We ended up not doing that because you can't hand the things over until 8 a.m.The staff was very unfriendly and the store only serves beer and cola...

Upon arrival it all looks very messy and disorganized. The owner is quite gruff and short-tempered, but in the end we had a great stay here in one of the rear places. Very spacious with pebbles, lots of greenery around you and clean sanitary facilities and showers. A 10-minute bike ride from Bad Reichenhall. Possibly free by train to Salzburg from the neighboring village, 3 km away.
