Came here because of technical guidance from school.The place is spacious, located in the city center, near the Pasteur toll road and the mall.The food is ordinary, the service is also ordinary. I don't know the condition of the room because I didn't stay there at that time.

Guys, I wanted to stay here last Ramadhan, I went from Tangerang to Bandung randomly, walking around, I wasn't ready to stay, but because I was tired, I didn't think much about booking a room here and I had to sleep for a while to rest, but in the afternoon we chose to just go home to Tangerang because the hotel wasn't available. very comfortable 😣From looking at the room, the aura of the hotel was already scary even though it was daytime, the stairs were dirty and there were words saying prayers so it was scary, there was nothing in the room, apart from mineral water and a glass if I'm not mistaken, there were no toiletries, where did we get the room in the corner of the hall? It's a bit dark, I don't know, it's not really comfortable, I'd rather just go home to Tangerang, it's already late in the evening." It's okay, the important thing is to get some rest 😂

The room was dirty, and I had a bad experience of my car being scratched by someone in the parking area while staying and to this day there has been no replacement or apology. Unprofessional hotel does not have CCTV in parking area. Disappointing

The hotel is very unprepared, the rooms are full of cobwebs, there are no sandals and soap, the bed sheets have stains, the worst thing is the water doesn't flow at all so you can't take a shower so it's better not to stay here, and breakfast is not ready at all. 6 o'clock. If the hotel is not ready and suitable for use, don't use it

I STAYED 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS. 28 TO 30. JUNE LASTTHIS IS REALLY "A LOT THAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. THIS 3 STAR CLASS IS REALLY" VERY BAD. IN MY OPINION1, THE ROOM IS PRETTY OK, CLEAN & FROST, BUT LOTS OF CRAFTING STAINS ON THE WALLS.2. THE SHEET WAS VERY VERY BAD. A LOT OF BLACK STAINS. RIPPED. AND WHEN YOU SLEEP IT ITCHES ALL OVER THE BODY. WHETHER THE WASH IS CLEAN OR NOT, PLEASE REPLACE IT WITH A PROPER ONE.3, PILLOWS. WHY DOES A 3 STAR CLASS HOTEL HAVE BAD PILLOWS. I've been calling since 1 month ago if I could check in early, no problem, I paid more too. Because it's better than having to buy 1 room 1 day before.The manager said "just come straight away, no need to book early check in".In fact? Today I want to check in early, everything is full. There is no early check in booking policy, why not say from the start that they don't provide it? Now I need a break from the morning and have to wait until noon.

Got room 208. Rate 300 (weekday) as of June 2024.Location in Pasteur, just entering the city of Bandung. The last time I stayed here was a dozen years ago.Parking is a bit small, but sufficient when we stayed here.There is a pretty nice garden, there is no swimming pool.It seems that this hotel is smoking free. Because someone smoking in the hotel was not reprimanded.Behind the hotel there is an Alfamart and canteen where the food is pretty good, so you don't need to worry even if you don't get breakfast, in front of the hotel there is also someone selling chicken porridge and yellow rice.Our room was a bit dirty, when we entered the child and I sneezed, the color of the bed was no longer white, the extra fan in the bathroom was noisy like a helicopter, the top of the cupboard had lizards and dust, a sign that this room was rarely cleaned. The bathroom floor was slippery from cleaning fluid that wasn't rinsed enough.Maybe because we arrived in the middle of the night so we didn't have time to clean the room.Hot water is always there. Water sometimes smells really bad, so I'm a little hesitant to use water.The AC seems to be working but doesn't really use it, Bandung is cold.The TV is just so, the position is too low so it's a bit dangerous for those with toddlers.Water heater, a bottle of water in the room, if you want more, just take it from the dispenser in front of the room.Tea, coffee, sugar √Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush √Slipper xThe towel wasn't used, it was rough and the color was discolored.The ci co process is fast.Again, apparently not.
