THIS IS NOT A RECESSION OF THE HOLIDAY APARTMENTS OF THE PROVIDER ZENO, BUT FOR THE APARTMENT 218 OF ANOTHER PROVIDER IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX "AM SCHROFFEN 1"Apartment house from the 70s. The driveway is very steep and there are not enough parking spaces. Vehicles can mainly only be positioned at an angle to drive uphill. Additional parking spaces are free at the second parking lot at the Pfarrstuhlbahn. Difficult to reach on foot.Own pool area.Room 218:Positive:Kitchen modern and well equipped. Microwave, stove, refrigerator, kettle, top coffee machine.Living area bright, large flat screen. Balcony with comfortable seating area.Price-performance OK.Negative:Bathroom a bit small. Bathtub is difficult to get in and out of (danger of slipping). Bathtub faucet impractical. Mirror too low. Too few shelves. Toilet lid no soft-close mechanism (be careful otherwise it will bang:)) Bathroom ventilation totally covered in dust and not working.Sofa bed too soft (greets your back in the morning). No curtains in the living area. This makes it far too bright to sleep in the living room (sleeping mask and ear plugs recommended :)). Balcony door no longer tilts and no fly screen.Broken fly screen in sleeping area. The window cannot be tilted there either. A curtain between the passage from the living and sleeping areas would have been nice to darken things up. Next to the bed is a strange tower with wooden discs instead of a bedside table?Unfortunately, the biggest drawback is the location of the room. Although there is a great view of the forested mountain, the noise from the main road reduces this considerably. Perhaps the rooms located towards the back of the complex would be quieter. But we cannot judge this.In summary:For a short vacation for a few days it's OK. But wouldn't book this again.

Appt 218 very well located, well arranged and with all the necessary equipment.I regret not having a curtain between the bedroom and the living room because it's impossible to sleep well with light.The building is vintage but with a lot of charm and the swimming pool is very nice.

Clean and tidy apartment with everything you need! Good communication and processing, overall very good. Unfortunately there is no indication that the residential complex is located on a mountain, about 600m long and about 80 meters high with gradients of up to 24%. In my opinion, accessing the stairs is even more strenuous. With our old dog and also for older people it was very difficult to find dogs running freely all the time.

A well-kept apartment in which you immediately feel comfortable. Very suitable for 2 people. It's a good idea to rent a underground parking space, otherwise it might be difficult to find a parking space. We had the Jutta de Luxe Apartment which I can really recommend.

Apartment house with a lot of charm. The location is brilliant with beautiful mountain panoramic views. The Pfarrstuhlbahn is within walking distance, as is the reservoir in the Saalachtal and some very good restaurants. And if you want to swim a few lengths in the morning, you can do so in the in-house swimming pool! We really enjoyed it and we'll definitely be back next year!
