The place is nice, but unfortunately when I stayed at this hotel I got a corner room and there were no windows

A hotel in serious need of rejuvenation. Many of the hotel facilities were not functioning, especially the air conditioning. Order 2 superior type rooms, get 310 & 304. For room 304, the room smells of cigarettes, even though there are many signs that smoking is prohibited. conditions for bringing family and small children. For room 310 the AC is not cold at all, hot water doesn't come out. Overall the condition of the bathroom was dirty (lots of blackened crust on the walls/glass). The condition of the elevator really needs rejuvenation, as does the dining room. The chairs were very dirty (especially those like sofas) the color was very black, and again it was written that smoking was prohibited but there were lots of cigarette butts & ashes.

This was my savior hotel during the long weekend 15-16 September 2024. I was looking for a replacement hotel, more than 10 hotels around Bandung were all full, finally I found this hotel at a cheap price and included breakfast. Thank you Continental Hotel

It was booked 2 weeks ago but it was cancelledH-1, there's no BRAIN!!! The mode is that the AC is broken but why didn't you tell me about H-3, it's a problem!!!

The hotel is very old, the elevator also takes a long time to run. Just using the ballroom, the AC doesn't cool at all even though there are 5 ACs.

At 23.30, the hotel staff suddenly banged and forced the room to be opened because they said they had left behind items from previous guests who had already checked out. Even though when I entered it was already empty but as if I couldn't believe it, I felt like I was the thief who took the goods, what I was wondering was why the occupants didn't give permission first but instead they were very forceful or called the security guard first in the middle of the night, I asked them to check but they still didn't. Believe me, it's really annoying, there's no apology at all.There are lots of German cockroaches, the room key makes you anxious because you can't lock it, I'm afraid that while I'm sleeping, an officer will come in to check something dirty, old hotels need lots of prayers

A cheap hotel and include breakfast, room clean, staff honest, but spoon still have watermark and buffet area dirty.

For the price of a standard hotel, the facilities are decent, only in the basement, now in this hotel there are lots of bald thugs... Shouting incoherently like they're drunk... Very annoying😌 the fat songong security guard was given 5000 to park and went straight back to the post instead of parking! It clearly says free parking🧐
