There is no hot kettle, tea, sugar and coffee provided, only two bottles of mineral water, the water heater for bathing only turns on at dawn, at 6 in the morning it can't be used

I'm confused about how to review this place. Not bad, but not impressive either. Nano-nano like that.Firstly, because I got a room that was quite comfortable, but it was in a corner where sunlight didn't touch me. It's dim like that. But not all rooms are like that. If the room is near the pool, it still gets sunlight.Second, the receptionist's face when checking in was very flat plus her voice was flat, reminiscent of Squidward Awokwok. But when the receptionist checked out (different person) there was a smile.The most impressive thing is the security. Friendly and easy to chat with. Maintain your performance, and please boss increase your salary ๐

Beyond expectations, just entering the room you were greeted with lots of mosquitoes, the mattress was dirty as if it had never been changed, the bathroom was smelly,The floor is dirty and dusty, the TV is still black and white like in historical times

The location is clearly visible from the main road. The place is quite beautiful. The room is comfortable even though the sound from outside can still be heard quite clearly.It has lots of stairs to connect from one room to another, there is no lift, so it is not suitable for those who use wheelchairsThe atmosphere is comfortable, beautiful and cool even though it is hot outsideThe meeting room is quite spacious, there is a large mirror that can be used

It's really suitable for us to stop for a short break. The atmosphere is cool and not noisy. And comfortable. The location is not far from the Cihampelas tourist attraction.

Stayed impromptu during the high season for Eid 2024 and still got a room at a high rate of 500k/room, strategic location, wifi was also quite fast, high water pressure so it was good for bathing and there was warm water too. Amenities only include soap, towels and 2 pieces of mineral water.

In terms of service, it is good, parking is directed when leaving and also in the parking lot. Make the location also very strategic. Moreover, the service is good. But unfortunately the hot AC is no longer cold. Moreover, the bathroom door was about to come off and was difficult to close. Oh yeah, there wasn't a mat in front of the door so the floor was wet when you came out of the bathroom. And in the cupboard there is still trash left from previous visitors.

Stayed on 1/2 Jan 2024 2 rooms no. 105 and 203 via Agoda. 2 rooms 472 RB. Strategic place near Sadikin Hospital and you can walk to PVJ via the alley. There is a fish pond with a good view for photos. There is a prayer area separate from the room. Parking is comfortable, there is a guard plus a fence. WiFi is fast, especially in the lobby. The service is friendly. Get a drink. soap and shampoo, towels. no toothbrush and toothpaste. you can shower with warm water. unfortunately the toilet is a bit smelly. room 203, the toilet door is a bit difficult to close. room 105 is difficult to do ablution because it has a shower... but that's all. Satisfied with staying at the Arwiga Hotel. I hope it sells well because wherever you want to go near and around there are lots of people selling

The room price on 26-28 December was 230 thousand/night, the room was standard, not very spacious, I ordered 2 rooms but got different floors, on the 2nd floor there was a cupboard, 1 bench and table,On the first floor there are no cupboards, there are 2 benches, a table and a glass like a dressing table so the room is narrower. The prayer room is tilted so it's a bit difficult to find space. Advice: close the prayer room with curtains or a wall, so people can't see it passing by.Only got soap, no toothbrush, only tissue in the toilet, when I arrived in my room there were still animals.What I don't like is that the toilet smells, the sink is also a bit clogged. Maybe the drain is clogged with rubbish.Actually, the building is quite good, there are lots of stairs tooThe employees are friendly, the service is nice, the deposit is 50 thousand KTP/money, the location is also close, if you want to buy food, just walk
