Had a nice stay here. Super hospitable owners, wonderful beds and excellent breakfast. Great location too, so many fun activities nearby. Family room was very nice, bathroom still in need of renovation.

Great modern rooms. The bus leaves right outside the front door and you can be in the heart of Titisee in 10 minutes. We will come back

Ghost hotel, no one to welcome us... we had to walk an extra 1km to get the keys. At the hotel, the room is spacious and bright but there is no possibility of having a drink on the terrace, no kettle in the room, not enough staff, however the price is not changed...However, the breakfast is good

Near lake titisee. The rooms are renovated but both the entrance and the exterior are terrible. To check in you have to go 1.5 km to another hotel where the reception is. It costs nothing to clean the huge cobwebs in the outdoor area. 4 km from the lake.

We had a great new room with a box spring bed and a nice bathroom.Breakfast had fresh foods and a coffee machine. Were very satisfied. But there is no restaurant there anymore. This should be taken into account if you would like to eat in the evening.

Booked one night because of a stopover.Arrived there and stood in front of the closed door.Followed the tip (the key is left at the reception as soon as possible) for about 1 km. What can I say... everything closed again. Called there and... well there's no answer. I don't need to say more...

We spent a weekend there. The room was big. Unfortunately the inn is closed so you have to leave. One point is deducted because the room is very noisy. The staff is very helpful.

Very bad... tried to call several times before arriving and always without success. On the day of arrival there was no one around; The hotel and restaurant were closed, there was no information anywhere, everything was dark, and the hotel didn't answer any phone calls later.

We were completely satisfied. Breakfast was great with a large selection. Price-performance ratio was perfect. Bus connections right outside the door. We took full advantage of it in all directions. We'll definitely come back.

The building looks like a ruin. It's OK inside. Advertised as '69.7 price with tourist tax' per night. Unfortunately, these tourist taxes will be booked again later. M.a.w.: you pay too much in tourist taxes. The question is whether the community will receive this.

The spoon forge looks a bit weathered from the outside and the entrance area to the rooms is the smoking area, BUT the rooms are fantastic!!! Newly tiled bathroom, super comfortable box spring beds and massive furniture. Everything is clean and well maintained!!! Breakfast is a buffet and contains mini pretzels and croissants, bread, rolls, muesli, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausages, butter, jam and honey, various types of cheese/sausage, everything you need for a delicious start to the day . Each room has its own fixed dining table so there is no crowding or anything like that. We were in room 12 in the top floor and stayed for 4 days. Despite the unbelievable outside temperatures, it wasn't too hot in the room and you could sleep well. The spoonsmiths and the Heinzmannshof (about 1 km on the same street) belong together - if you want to eat in the evening, you can reserve a table there or go to one of the numerous restaurants in the area.

From the outside I expected something different, but I was totally surprised!The rooms are all modernized and chic. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast left nothing to be desired for us. If something ran out it was refilled immediately. You really feel welcome here!There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the house.Conclusion: gladly again and highly recommended
