Service is lacking. You can't just ask for a towel. Just ask for an extra pillow, isn't the hotel that poor? And if you want to wake up late, it is not recommended to stay at this hotel. The phone is very noisy. And housekeeping is also brainless. Very loud talking. Noisy from 8am to 10am. It doesn't stop. Very annoying when I'm sleeping. I stay on the 3rd floor. And my friends who stay on the 2nd floor say the same thing, it's very noisy. Does the hotel not follow SOP OR KAMPUNGAN??? not updated for customer convenience.

The rooms look like they have just been renovated, super clean and quite big. Sometimes the hot water turns on, sometimes it doesn't. In my opinion, the service is still lacking. The front office likes to confuse itself when it's peak hour when people want to check in. Oh and the employees really like to gather and smoke in front of the entrance, so the smoke likes to enter the lobby. Indirectly forcing everyone who comes to take a puff from their cigarettes.

This is a highly recommended hotel, the suite class is really spacious, clean, if you say it's a 3 star hotel, when the suite class feels like a 5 star, just imagine it has central air conditioning, the bathtub is big, the bathroom is spacious, the room is spacious, basically you have to try this, the suite class is very cheap, the facilities are exorbitant

The service is so so bad. It took two hours just to ask for a bucket of hot water because the water heater had a trouble. The problem is the staff not really giving attention to customer needed. And surprisingly there's no complain application, so how can the management can improve their services based on customer experience? This will be the first and last time I stay there. Not recommended at all.

The effect of the new renovation, haha, looks like the white putty looks like it still has scarsThe room is quite comfortable, but I was a little annoyed by the fact that there were a few strands of hair on the floor and bathtub, and the floor wasn't parallel so the floor was a bit high, even for the bathtub, the hot water didn't come out at night so it was just hot, maybe because there was a lot of it. The one who used it the first time, then the shampoo soap dispenser leaked so it kept drippingContinuing for breakfast, there are only a few menus available, I thought it was a buffet but it wasn't, the receptionist at the front wasn't professional enough, I ordered via Agoda, they said there weren't any, it wasn't listed, so I waited 15-20 minutes then was replaced by a girl and finally got it, maybe because of that. The pluses and minuses of the facilities are definitely there, I judge objectively, yes it's still worth it... the air conditioner is cold enough, the rooms are quite clean, the atmosphere is also calm, the prices are still competitive, in the city center too, the service is quite good (receptionist, technician & security are also okay) served well when we asked for help / complaints, would not compare with similar hotels. Returning to individual choices, if there are complaints they can be communicated well. #HappyWeekendAll

Yesterday I stayed here for 1 day, overall the hotel was comfortable. The staff is also friendly, the rooms are clean, but the only thing lacking is that the lights in the room are a bit dim so it's not very bright. It's just not a problem, but it's comfortable, especially since it has a bathtub.

When we arrived the receptionist wasn't very cheerful so it didn't feel very welcome. I came here for a short staycation looking for a bath tub for soaking in warm water and adding a bath bomb. When you first enter the bathroom, the bathtub is a bit dirty, like there are leftovers and hair, but you can also clean it yourself. And the floor is still wet from the mop. The mattress sheets are safe without stains. And the room vibes are comfortable, simple minimalist. For a price of 400k, getting a room like this is actually worth it.

The bathroom in room 602 is very smelly. The smell comes from the drain hole in the shower. So the smell enters the bedroom.At least in the bathroom, provide air freshener if the smell doesn't go away

I will not stay at this hotel again! The wifi was bad, the operator's phone wasn't picked up, the FO didn't explain that there was a fine of 1 million or other fines, only the writing on the receipt was never generally read, it felt like I was being trapped. And the management is very bad! Don't let yourself be fined up to 1 million rupiah.
