A pretty Black Forest hotel a little away from the tourist crowds, beautifully located, the rooms are bright and modern, everything is very clean and in good condition. The staff in all areas is very nice and helpful. A nice place to forget everyday life. And very nice with the all-inclusive offer.

We stayed in the hotel for four days, the food is good, I am satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, after Corona, the number of dogs in the hotel increased dramatically. I think it's a shame that they are allowed in the restaurant. 4 years ago my opinion was completely different, see the following text. Super great service from service specialist Alessandra, unfortunately the others are just followers, I would rather have fewer staff and people who at least speak German properly. Recommended hotel with the best service specialist of 2021.

A real family business with a lot of warmth and genuine interest in the guests. Here you can switch off and relax. A big plus point is the staff. Without exception, everyone is friendly and yet not intrusive, genuinely trying to ensure that the guest has a pleasant stay. Many hotels and restaurants can learn a lot from their service philosophy and commitment. The hotel has charm, even if it needs some renovation here and there. A makeover, so to speak. The location clearly requires you to have a car with you, it is very lonely. The food, whether evening menu, afternoon cake or breakfast, is very good in terms of taste and quality. I have rarely been able to enjoy such tender beef.

We stayed here for a week in September 2024. It was a wonderful time. From the owner to the chambermaid, everyone was very nice and accommodating. The food was excellent and the service was always there immediately, whether at breakfast, lunch or evening, to fulfill our wishes.Thank you very much ☺️ for that. We'd love to come back.

Dream vacation, almost perfect!So if some of the grumpies in the reviews have their way, you could say something that wasn't perfect, but not tragic in my opinion... Rooms are clean and nicely furnished and always kept very clean - everything is just a bit older and not a big luxury that expected. What scores points here is the service from the staff, so friendly and almost ready for everyone... and the food is simply perfect and leaves nothing to be desired, beautiful outdoor areas in the typical style, the location of the hotel is great, you can get anywhere quickly .I think the idea of ALL INCLUSIVE is great, it should be available more often in Germany, but that just increases the price.Had a wonderful holiday - thank you!!!Were here again for 5 days...and they were simply PERFECT! You are really pampered and the staff is great. I have to give it one more star because I live here like at home and even better🥰🤩😍

Hotel that has fallen into disrepair in recent years, both in the rooms and in the food. I was very disappointed this time, after coming for so many years. And only older people, finding a family with children is possible, but difficult. Rancid. What a pity!

We had an incredibly wonderful time in the Kaisers Tanne in August 2024! As a family with two small children (0 years and 4 years), we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the delicious food, the beautiful swimming pool, the view of bright green meadows, the pleasant climate (hot summery during the day and relaxingly fresh in the evening), the peace and quiet really enjoyed the nice service. We will definitely come back again.

Business trip in the field, was looking for a hotel to stay overnight.It was really very nice and very pleasant.However, as a field service tradesman, I felt a little out of place.BUT HOLIDAY - enjoy a few days of relaxation, I think this is the right place for it.

We had booked this hotel for 2 weeks, but upon arrival it was very disappointing, unfriendly reception, upon entering our rooms it turned out that there was carpeting while we had a dog with us, very unhygienic because more dogs will come here, the toilet smelled very bad. very bad, the bathroom tap was completely loose and tiles were loose on the balcony, so this is not our hotel, we had to pay € 3710 for 1 night because we had signed for 2 weeks, we had to pay 80% of our booking, it turned out later that the rooms had been rented again and according to the receptionist we would get our money back, but unfortunately we have not received anything to date, the owner advised us to play it through the travel insurance and say that we were ill, but of course you have to have a doctor's note, all very strange
