We went there for coffee and enjoyed the beautiful landscape and the town of Happurg. The cakes and cakes were excellent. The service was extremely friendly and particularly worth mentioning and not everyday, the owner and landlord found time for a friendly conversation with his guests, which made you feel at home there. Even the prices for the really good food are still affordable for those who are not so well off. Verdict. Simply great and, in my opinion, recommended without hesitation. 👍👍👍👍😊

My review only refers to the cafe. It is located high up in Happurg and offers a great view over the town and the nearby Happurg reservoir. The cakes on offer from the in-house pastry shop taste delicious. The price/performance ratio is also fair. The 20 outdoor seats are very popular during the summer/hiking season. There is also an indoor area with additional seats. Parking spaces are located both above and below the café. I'd love to come back.

Very atmospheric, lovely café in a great location with a great view. Homemade cakes, good coffee. We were actually traveling on the A9, but this detour was definitely worth it!

At first it's like a journey back in time to the 80s, the cakes are great and so is the service. We had the funeral service there and were almost alone in the café, almost like a lounge. Best view and with a thunderstorm, what a natural spectacle up there. All guests were absolutely thrilled with the location.

We always like to come back here after a hike to drink coffee and eat a delicious cake.The view from the balcony is beautiful, very good and friendly service and of course delicious baked goods have brought us back here again and again. 👍
