Soso is at Traveloka prices so the experience of staying there is still okay. Luckily the room was clean and the bathroom wasn't musty. Yesterday at breakfast I didn't know what the restaurant was like because it was diverted to the ballroom because there was an event going on.

The hotel was ok, not too shabby. It's better from her sister (Serela Kuta) in Bali. The water heater wasn't working when I first checked in to my room but the maintenance guy (Mr. Aris) was very helpful, he fixed the problem quickly and I'm super grateful.The bed in my room was comfortable but 1 corner of the bed is starting to wear off (right corner of the bed), the springs were loose so when we sit on the right corner of the bed we will sink uncomfortably.The corridor on the 2nd floor (where I've stayed was abit smelly/not in a good odors).Other than that all other things were good.The towels were clean, the amenities kit was there, TV working well, bed sheets were clean, room AC was super great, water pressure in the bathroom was good, cold and hot water working well.I didn't taste their food since there are no working restaurant inside this hotel when I was here but that's not a big deal for me, because I didn't expect to be having any meals from this hotel too when I'm checking in. The street that this hotel is located filled up with many street food stalls and plenty of good restaurant nearby, so I really don't mind about the lacking of no room service from this hotel.I've enjoyed my stay here. One more thing, the front desk team were super helpful too, they helped me with my need to print some files for free/on the house. That's top costumers service in my book.

First impressions were very bad when you found out you got a rotten room (full of cockroaches, there were cigarette butts scattered around). Auto complain to the receptionist and they are served quite well, advised to help with cleaning or choose to move rooms. Finally got a replacement room that was worth it at the Traveloka price and thanks to the reception crew, good job👍🏼Management needs more serious handling regarding sanitation matters

The security doesn't have a very low attitude, which is a shame. When you want to park, you're told it's full when the section that gives new parking money is welcomed. Those who are there are invited to enter the parking lot. Please, if you don't have a good attitude towards guests, don't use it. Please fix it with the HTL, thank you.

The condition of the room needs to be improved, on the 2nd floor in the room there were small cockroaches, maybe there was an influence because the floor was above the restaurant floor. The bathroom was not clean and there was a leak at the bottom of the sink.
