Quaint hotel right on the ski slope ⛷️ you can rent the lift tickets and the skis nearby or take the lift to the other side of the mountain and rent them there in the valley - we had a very nice time

How long does it take to make potato soup? According to this Alm it is between 45 minutes and infinity.Unfortunately, on my last visit I couldn't wait for the potato soup I ordered to be delivered within an acceptable timeframe.Complete chaos, outrageous prices,overwhelmed staff.People are used to paying hefty prices on the ski alpine pastures, but this Alm pot the whole thing at €8.50 for a 150ml “strong beef soup” which was more like a weak vegetable broth.After waiting for 45 minutes, I had to give up the potato soup.Unrelaxed, unsaturated and a whole €35 for 2 portions that were too small.Incredible.

We traveled with 2 adults and 2 children (10 and 12 years old). After a stressful 11-hour drive, we immersed ourselves in pure relaxation after pressing the doorbell. René and his team manage to fulfill all wishes in a very unobtrusive way. The rooms are a bit old, but that didn't bother us at all! It was very clean and functional. In the restaurant we met other very sociable guests and had very cozy evenings, sometimes by the fireplace. We chose this hotel because we only have 3.5 days of skiing and wanted to start the day relaxed. We exceeded the goal. We booked again straight away. It doesn't get any better. An absolute, unrivaled recommendation is the caramelized Kaiserschmarren. Keep it up, we'll be happy to come back.

The food is good. The Wiener Schnitzel was very good. Unfortunately the fries were only lukewarm, probably fried before the schnitzel. The Kasspatzen are apparently made differently in Bavaria than in Austria. A lot of cheese is used here. Far too much for me personally, it drowns the spaetzle extremely. Salad was also very tasty, very good salad dressing. Anyone who is used to good mattresses may be disappointed, I didn't sleep well, the mattress was pretty sagging.

The soup is a bit bland. The deposit is plenty for that. The small salad was a bit overpriced at 5.90. Service nice. All in all ok.

Was there while skiing. The innkeeper was very nice. Unfortunately the Kaiserschmarrn was a bit dry. But it could be that the cook happened to leave it in the pan for too long.

The hotel was "actually" closed, Renè also opened it for 4 hikers, conjured up a delicious dinner and an opulent, lovingly prepared breakfast and they even provided individual help and a toothbrush to continue the hike to the hut. Thanks for great service and delicious food!
