A fantastic hotel with very good breakfast and dinner, but unfortunately there are several stairs in the corridors, which means that there are very serious restrictions for walkers. The floors themselves can be reached by elevator, but unfortunately there are steps on the floor that are very difficult for walker users the staff is very friendly and helpful

Ideal location for excursions in North Frisia. The employees are friendly, competent and do a very good job. The rooms were clean, as was the service area. Our buffets were always varied and appetizing. Particularly the division of the groups into different rooms was optimal, which prevented crowds of guests and longer waiting times. A special thank you to the always smiling service ladies.We are happy to recommend this hotel.

We were here again with our guests. The hotel is very well located for day trips. No matter whether Sylt Halligen Husum or others, everything can be reached in a short time. What I would particularly like to mention is that no matter what requests were made to the staff, everything was done to the fullest satisfaction. We and our guests were very satisfied here. The hotel always comes up with something to keep you entertained. Be it a choir that comes to sing, or a Frisian buffet. Everything was great. I'm looking forward to being able to be there again.

Disappointing stay despite a good location.Unfortunately I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. As soon as I checked in, I noticed the unfriendly manner of the receptionist. When I politely asked whether I could leave my car in the parking lot until around 1-2 p.m. the next day, she responded snippily and said that would be possible "very reluctantly" and only until 2 p.m. at the latest. I found that to be unaccommodating and unhospitable.Since I had to leave early in the morning, I couldn't try the breakfast. It would have been nice if I had been offered at least a roll or a small snack - unfortunately none. All I was told was that I was unlucky.The room itself was disappointing, especially for the price of €95/night. I'm really not picky, but the room was very dated. There was no fridge or bottle of water, which I would have expected at this price. The door to the room was extremely noisy, so it sounded as if people talking in the hallway were actually in my room.The small window had curtains, but they barely kept out any light. As a result, it was far too bright in the room in the evenings, which significantly affected sleeping comfort.What should be highlighted positively, however, is the location of the hotel, which is really ideal. Unfortunately, this was the only bright spot of my stay.Overall, I would not recommend the hotel due to the unfriendly reception and the disappointing room quality. There are certainly better alternatives for the price.

The rooms are more than basic! The bathrooms are very small and in need of renovation. The breakfast was ok. OK for one night. If you would like to have something to drink in the evening, you have the option until 9:45 p.m. and it ends at 10 p.m.

Disaster, the shower door couldn't be closed completely. You couldn't sit properly on the toilet because there wasn't enough room for your feet. A 0.5 liter Cola bottle didn't even fit between the wall and the toilet. Something like that doesn't work at all. The elevator door didn't always open. It takes up to 15 minutes for the staff to take action. This hotel is not recommended.

Very inflexible because of costs. Last year it worked with KÜ and now in July it no longer worked. Nothing was mentioned about this when booking online.A pity.

The double rooms are tiny, there is hardly any easy storage. Bathroom ok but again very wdnig storage. Not suitable for a longer stay. People with walking difficulties were assigned rooms on the 1st floor, with an elevator but still with several steps that cannot be managed with a walker. Tap water with meals is charged at €2.50 for 1/2 glass, where can you get that? The food was good, although in the middle of the strawberry and asparagus season you would have wished for a strawberry and seasonal vegetables instead of Brussels sprouts and canned peas. But overall ok.

Be careful before booking at the Hotel Niebüllerhof, dirty rooms despite complaints, no response, especially there is a lack of cleaning in the bathrooms, some of the rooms are in need of renovation, there is a three-class company at breakfast and dinner.

Bad value for money.- when I asked to receive my invoice by email there was only a grumpy “no”- generally the staff was very unfriendly- the rooms are very very noisy. You can hear every conversation from every showerNeighbors- Parking spaces mostly occupied- There is no dinner- I received a call to my room during the night from a customer who wanted to go to reception?There are significantly better accommodations in Niebüll for less money, for example. Island guesthouse.

Rooms are very spartan... not very well maintained. Old television...sell themselves as an important hotel, but comes across more like a 3-class motel.... here for work. .privately I would avoid it. .
