The room seemed tidy at first glance, but there were deficiencies in the bathroom in terms of cleanliness. The ventilation flap was so dusty that it was no longer white but dark gray, and the wall lamp was also only cleaned in the immediately visible area. From the shower you could see that it was very dirty. In addition, the head of the soap dispenser was broken, so no soap came out and the tap constantly dripped. The house is very noisy and you can constantly hear people running up and down the stairs. The rental company did not respond to an email regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom or reference to the faucet and soap. There was no personal contact because no one was there at the agreed arrival time and only the key was left.

Since we were on assembly, we didn't have any great demands. Personally, I wouldn't stay here because everything is very noisy and if you open the window to the courtyard, the smell of cigarettes wafts into the apartment. As far as the equipment is concerned, it wouldn't be bad if you had a small oven, otherwise everything was there. When it comes to cleanliness, there is still a lot of room for improvement, especially in the shower. I don't have to go there again to conclude my conclusion.

Stayed for a few days on a trip to Babelsberg and were absoluty happy. Reasonably priced it was nice, quiet and clean while centrally located. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very much recommended ....

The rooms were nicely furnished. The bathroom floor was not cleaned.Our heaters didn't work and we froze for the 2 days. We reported this immediately but there was no response from the landlord. Very annoying

The apartment was handed over in an ice-cold condition. Equipment for 5 people is more than inadequate (3 forks, 2 teaspoons. Cups and glasses only for 3 or 4 guests. No egg cups. No oven.Really very expensive for this equipment.

Check in was great. It's clean too. Nice and quiet here. The only thing is that finding a parking space on the street is a disaster.

The apartment is clean, tidy and practically furnished. The size is more than enough to spend a few days in Potsdam. And everything is there to prepare a small meal. Due to the quiet location in the center of Babelsberg, we were able to sleep very well. If we are looking for accommodation in Potsdam again, we will definitely book there again. Price-performance ratio is really right here.

Room in a residential building. Although renovated, it was a bit “musty”. The bathroom was very small. The oven was unusable because it was very dirty. The kitchen equipment left a lot to be desired.Towels seemed “thrown together”.OK for a short trip, but simply too expensive for the performance offered.

Unfortunately I cannot agree with the previous comments. There was no one on site for me and communication was therefore poor. The bathroom was very, very narrow, but the room with the kitchenette was OK. The faucet was dripping and generally extremely loose. On the first evening the television didn't work because all the cables were not connected and the antenna cable was under the cupboard. Not good service for me. The cables should already be where they belong. The internet didn't work for me either. There were problems logging in, despite providing all the correct information. And when I tried to make contact, I also failed. What really annoyed me was the large area of ice in front of the entrance, as it was dripping from the roof. In my opinion, this was very dangerous. Accordingly, the price-performance ratio is not right here either! Sorry

The rooms were clean and the reception (only available on day of arrival) was friendly. There was however not very much "park" (unless you wanted to walk for 15 minutes). Also during our stay there was a lot of construction going on in the neighboorhood, which made us thankfull for the double glass. Good connections to local transport though, and good restaurants nearby. The neigbourhood itself is a bit far from city life, but charming.
