My wife and I have just been refused accommodation at Luxomes on the grounds that an error occurred when booking via Booking, even though the booking process on the Booking website was successfully completed and no error messages were displayed. The hotel support representative also refused to help us resolve this issue.

I definitely recommend you to stay away. I will explain why. I rented a place here through b.........com. It was written that there was a parking lot nearby. (The owner has changed the parking lot sign on B..........com now.) When I went, I saw that there was no parking lot nearby. I waited at the door for half an hour to contact them. They did not solve the problem. B........ .com still has not done anything about the misleading advertisement. I did not get my money back.

I liked the self check in, the rooms were small but its budget so i dont expect it.There is a shared kitchen wich is decent.

The rooms offer everything you need to stay overnight (but nothing more), and basically everything looks good and new - until you take a closer look. I had strange hair in the bed, the toilet was dirty and the floor wasn't particularly clean.It was very noisy, so you could easily hear every conversation in the hallway. Fire protection was apparently not taken into account, as the door cannot be opened directly from the inside and you first have to turn an unwieldy knob countless times. So with greasy fingers there is no escape.Don't expect to get a parking space.At least the price wasn't horribly high and for two people you can't expect too much.

Vfm, excellent clean environment, and soft nice beds, quick wifi, clean kitchen, big nice bathroom, free parking zones around, paid 47€/night for 2-person room, they speak English auch.

Not the room that was booked, we were promised a room with Netflix (and co) access but you couldn't even watch TV there normally, some of the doors failed and didn't work so you couldn't get in, the room was much too narrow, not recommended.

Absolute disaster.Heating doesn't work when the outside temperature is +4 degrees (November), only lukewarm water. The entire house appears very shabby and worn. The contact person, who can only be reached by telephone, is in Munich. We were promised that one of the two nights would be credited. To date (February) nothing has happened. Not recommended, stay away).

Very cold floor, very cold room and very depressing room. Not enough towels, no wardrobe, no slippers despite the freezing cold floor! Even though the heating was on, the room temperature was below 18 degrees!!! I had to be in the room with my winter jacket and shoes on, my shoulders and feet were frozen. This isn't a deluxe, just the high price perhaps!

It's quick inside. What means it is a great place to have yourself a location to the city and other events nearby, but it's not that luxurious. You have all the amenities you need inside and the kitchen the you can use. I don't like the idea of doors on code but it worked. ✅😎 the only thing I found struggling about this place is lack of a parking space bc most of it is taken already by local people and tourists.

Good: Kitchen and fridge for the guests.Bad: Not center location, to small size and really uncomfortable for 2 people, only 1 chair for a double room, the bathroom lights worked with movement sensor and when you were in the shower didn't recognized it and turned the lights off and it was very noisy. Very bad internet, not functional TV, a lot of noise from other people in the hallways. Not comfortable beds, really light cover for the winter. When you open the window the smoke of cigarettes went inside.

Do not choose rooms 9 and 8 near the kitchen and from 5 o'clock. The constant noise in the morning, I would definitely not stay here a second time

It was it a little confusing at first, but while I there I was astounded. I've never seen such security measures just to insure the well being of it's guest. The rooms although small since I'm a solo traveler overall was pretty great. Bathroom, was perfect and was just right. It may not have everything, but it had the right amount of everything. I would most definitley reccomend this place for anyone who doesn't walking a little distance away from the station. Saftey is at most insured and high tech

It's clean. Otherwise it was cold and the heating was only turned on after contacting the landlord. It's very loud in the morning and it's impossible to sleep. The TV didn't work properly and the landlord's promised remedy was not kept. You can only get warm water if you let the water run forever. The shower is super loud, extremely annoying. Moderately pleasant as an accommodation. Advantages are the check in, it is modern at first glance. But that was it. Otherwise rather disappointing. It was super cold. Honestly. Only recommended as short-term or emergency accommodation because the concept is not consistent. Poorly implemented. Otherwise it could be quite nice. Too bad.

Nice neat room. Nice shower. It was unclear how we entered the building and the room as well. But I was contacted quickly with answers via WhatsApp. Definitely recommended if you are in the area and need a place to sleep.Free WIFI. No further food/drinks included. No parking space.

There were no problems during the entire stay. Check-in was very easy. The room was very clean and adequately furnished. Contact with the employees went smoothly and they were very friendly, so all in all nothing was left to be desired. Gladly again!
