We booked a Marina room and received a room with a view of the Baltic Sea. Unfortunately, the room was above the room where there was live music on Friday and Saturday from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., which was so loud that there was no trace of rest and relaxation.We had booked half board. Unfortunately the dinner was just average. The buffet had mostly cold dishes and the dishes that were supposed to be warm were unfortunately only lukewarm.The selection wasn't that good either. We stayed here for 2 nights and had the same salads both days.Rooms are nicely furnished, unfortunately if you take a closer look, they're not quite as clean.Price performance ratio, in my opinion, is not appropriate.

Centrally located. Great view, whether a room with a view of the harbor or the Baltic Sea. Never slept in such a great and comfortable hotel bed. Super delicious breakfast buffet.

Very nice and modern hotel. The location right on the water and at the marina is simply fantastic. You have a great view from the rooms, the pool and the restaurant.For us, Neustadt itself is not a place to go on holiday, but you can pass the time in the hotel and unwind. The panoramic room was relatively tight for 3 people with an extra bed, but ok for 3 days. Unfortunately, the negative thing was that there was no hot water in the morning. This shouldn't happen in a 4-star hotel if many guests shower at the same time.A great place to stay is the lobby with games opportunities or simply a place to read and relax. Our daughter loved the playroom in the restaurant and the playground right at the hotel.

The two of us stayed at this hotel for 3 days. Check-in was completed in 2 minutes and the employee was very friendly. We got a room upgrade with a sea view; We were very happy about that... The spa area is small, but clean, functional and comfortably furnished. There are two saunas and a steam room. We didn't use the pool. The fitness room was equipped with modern equipment. There is also a room where you can select fitness programs on a touchscreen.The service at the bar in the evening was really good. We never waited more than 10 minutes for our drink. The cocktails were visually enhanced and tasted heavenly. The MaiTai was terrific! I read a lot of negative reviews here before I arrived. However, I cannot understand this... But if you actively look for errors, you will find them. Like in any other hotel.

Today we visited the SPA area without being hotel guests. That's why I can only judge the SPA. It was a wonderful day there in the SPA. Great saunas, one with a view of the Baltic Sea. The hotel is fantastically located on the Baltic Sea and in the middle of nature. Wonderful peace, very nice staff and we also had a half-hour feel-good massage. It was just a great day and we will definitely come back.

Modern hotel in terms of interior, great offerings, such as the spa area. Very friendly staff.The quality of the food was very good. Unfortunately, sometimes when the number of guests at breakfast was high, not everything was immediately replenished, possibly due to a lack of staff (they couldn't keep up).However, the staff was still very accommodating and tried to fulfill every wish. Thanks!

Top location right by the sea directly at the harbor (although only a small beach). Beach chairs available on the shore and on a terrace. Great stay overall!!! Employees were consistently friendly and competent. Various employment opportunities are offered (including campfires, swimming, live music, wellness, bicycle rental). Small point of criticism: breakfast (very tasty and basically a lot to choose from) would have to be cleared away and re-set more quickly. The buffet wasn't always replenished promptly either.

A well-located hotel with largely good service and a quiet location. The price-performance ratio could be better! I don't find this to be entirely balanced - especially in the catering sector. Furthermore, the service in the bar area could be much friendlier... Unfortunately, I didn't feel very comfortable here.

Large modern house, which is unfortunately quite remote. The house and rooms are very well maintained. The service in the hotel and restaurants is good and friendly. The quality in the gastronomic area is excellent. At the back there is a small, well-kept beach, at the front you have a view of the marina with hundreds of boats, similar to a commercial area. When it is windy, the rattling of the mast guy lines at night is annoying.Nevertheless: Pleasant hotel with overall high quality.

A really great hotel with a wonderful SPA area. Very clean and modern.Diverse selection for breakfast and dinner, with lots of fruit and vegetables.The staff was very helpful and extremely nice.However, if you want to go for a walk along the Baltic Sea from there, you will be a little disappointed as there is no direct path along the water.But there is a small, private beach that is wonderful.We were really completely satisfied.
