Very unpleasant experience with this facility. I booked the room via booking and paid online. The facility manager sent an e-mail with information on how to collect the keys, they were supposed to be in the safe. I received the code by e-mail, but it was incorrect. Unable to check in, I was forced to book another room.Contact with the facility is very difficult, they do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails.Refund 3 weeks after involvement with booking.com.The cleanliness of the building also leaves much to be desired.I strongly advise against it!

Horrible, very dirty and the guy of the reception is very rude, horrible service, it is too much expensive for what they offer, it should be closed and forbiden to have hostels like this.

Does the hostel in Kreuzberg still exist?We were in Schöneberg and didn't come across anything apart from the sign.Please be careful and avoid Stay Comfort completely!

Almost 1 year ago i was there! For the price to live close to city centre and other things that's included it's a bargain! It's a cheap price! All u need is a place to sleep, and eat, rest of the time i was exploring Berlint, loved that city! And btw very nice and polite manager who was working there, thank you mate! Had a good time! Hope to see you soon!

I booked one room for four persons and when corona started i couldn't stay on that time. The owner promised me to get the money back but i have never seen it! So you better watch out!!!

Dear travellers, this hostel is not nice. Either this area is so so so dangerous for tourists!i would recommend you to go to another area. In this area there are robberies, many criminals and dirt. The streets smell like piss and the bars are not that cool either. I would recommend you to go to Mitte, there are many good hostels and a safer stay. In Mitte you will find the Berlin lifestyle you are looking for. Crazy, creative people who simply represent Berlin

Unfortunately the hostel was not up to expectations. Bathrooms very dirty, furniture probably older (generally bad smell in the building), kitchen very dirty and unhygienic. Even though the hostel is close to the center and relatively cheap, I would still like it to have a certain standard.

It's the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. It's disgustingly dirty. You feel like in a bad rotten prison. The staff is extremely unfriendly. And you feel uncomfortable the whole time. It's just there to make money for a short time. No one there has any guest in mind it's a dirty money machine. Don't go there.

What can be said about my stay in this hostel, for those who want to spend a few days (2 maximum), it is well located, 3 blocks from the Schlesisches Tor station (U1/U3), it has a Rewe supermarket nearby and many bars. The price is cheap compared to other Hostels in the area.Things change when you stay more days or something with a higher level. To start with, the staff is not the most trained, there are not many security measures, only a code to enter the hostel, the rooms where I stayed (20 days) DID NOT HAVE A KEY. Many people who live on the streets during the day slept in the rooms (rare). The bathrooms are disgusting, they flood, hair everywhere, the worst thing I've seen in a long time. To give you an idea of what the staff is like, one day it was the birthday of one of the security people, they stayed drinking, shouting and listening to music until dawn, you could hear all the mess they were making from the room. We were speechless to find such conditions in Germany and didn't stay one night. Zero stars would be appropriate... Even the unbeatable price of €16 per night doesn't stop it. The sanitary facilities in particular were in a health-threatening condition and the pictures of the hostel unfortunately did not correspond at all to the condition of the rooms. Absolutely not recommended!

This hostel is clearly not recommended!!! The rooms are sporadically furnished and quite okay, that's probably the only positive + the connection. The bathrooms are just disgusting and dirty! There wasn't a single toilet paper supply during my stay and the kitchen also leaves a lot to be desired. In short - stay away from this hostel!______________This hostel is clearly not recommended!
