Very comfortable hotel.Arriving on a Sunday evening, however, I was surprised to find the hall and the bar/restaurant deserted, so I went out to eat outside.Very good breakfast.The proximity to the station is also a very good asset for travelers in transit.

First of all: All in all, the hotel is completely fine, there are no major defects or problems and anyone can book here with a clear conscience. A few small things should be noted; if you are interested in our experiences, we recommend that you continue reading.The communication regarding the room reservation lasted almost ten days and was therefore somewhat difficult. Although all the employees were very friendly, I got the impression that they were completely overwhelmed with the booking systems. In the end everything still has itThe hotel room is nice, it has everything you need for a short stay. Unfortunately, the combined air-conditioning heater did not work correctly - it was estimated to be 18-19 degrees in the room and cold air was coming out; it was not possible to switch it off.For a hotel of this size, the breakfast is on average comparable to other similar hotels, nothing was missing. Everything was refilled quickly and customer needs were addressed. At €9/person (if booked in advance), breakfast is comparatively cheap.The location of the hotel is - as is usual for intercity hotels - very central and therefore of course not in a quiet natural environment. However, the main train station is about a ten-minute walk away (from the platform to your room or back).Another deduction that must be taken into account is that the hotel does not offer room service for stays of less than four nights. People here have already moved away from the interim solution of either using bar vouchers or room service - there is no room service at all anymore. Personally, this doesn't bother me; all the necessary items are available at reception; However, there are apparently places where savings are made that are not immediately visible to everyone when booking. The room price still corresponds to the standard and, in my opinion, is no lower than in comparable hotels with regular room service.

Super centrally located hotel - just a 7-minute walk from the train station and very modern and clean. Great design of the rooms! Breakfast was also delicious, staff very friendly. The only deduction: Unfortunately there is no sauna to relax in - but that's complaining at a high level. Really recommended hotel!

The room was clean, but unfortunately the towels were missing. I had to pick these up at reception.Unfortunately, the prices at the bar are disproportionate to the size of the drinks.When you check in you get a tip on how to reduce the price of the parking garage ticket, which is very nice. The breakfast had a good selection.

The hotel impresses with its modern facilities and good location near the shopping streets in Saarbrücken. Our room (501) was tastefully decorated and pleasantly quiet. However, the double bed was a bit small at 150cm wide, and the shower tended to overflow. The breakfast was ok, but without any special highlights. The adjacent parking garage costs 16 euros per day. Overall, a recommendable hotel for a short stay with small drawbacks.

The room was perfect, but the fact that the shower had no door or curtain took some getting used to.Service was great, accidentally came too early for breakfast and was still able to start, perfect start to the day.The location is ideal, there is parking, the train station is around the corner, the city center also has numerous restaurants and France is only a few minutes away.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Intercity Hotel Saarbrücken and the price/performance ratio was absolutely fine.The hotel is located fairly centrally in the city center. The main train station, as well as the old town and pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.There are various options for parking the car on the street or in the parking garage.The hotel itself is modernly furnished and is very clean and tidy everywhere. The staff at the reception and at the breakfast service were consistently friendly and attentive.My room was on the 5th floor and was pleasantly quiet and spacious.Clear recommendation!

Was previously at Intercity Bonn. I have to say, the standard is comparable and at a very high level. Everything is really right here. Clean and modern rooms, with fridge and walk-in bathroom. Bottle of water in the room. With a very rich breakfast. However, the parking garage next door is public. All in all, the Intercity Saarbrücken is highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying 2 nights at the Intercity Hotel in Saarbrücken. The location was good, the room met my expectations and was very clean, the breakfast was very good. But the staff was outstanding: friendly and accommodating, humorous and flexible. And it's not all artificial, it's completely natural. Whoever is responsible: Everything was done right!!
