We arrived at the property around 5.30pm/6pm, I had booked about a month before and paid on the same day of booking by card and I received the booking confirmation. I was immediately told not to worry, after about 20 minutes I was put on the phone by the owner, I think, I want to point out that up to that point it had already been difficult to communicate as they spoke German and we spoke Italian and both had poor English, so the owner (I think) tells me on the phone that there are no rooms and that they can't give me the money. Moreover, with truly rude ways. At that point I got nervous about the situation for a moment as I had received a confirmation and also paid some time ago. The gentleman at the reception laughingly tells us that we can sleep in the street, at which point he closes the door and leaves. So we had to leave and find a place to sleep. Really bad!

This accommodation is an absolute disaster... dirty, disgusting and unhygienic... after our day in Hamburg we left at night without sleeping... it was so terrible that we even left our bags in the car... PLEASE DON'T RENT...CASE FOR THE HEALTH OFFICE

If you want to sleep, this is the wrong place. In the middle of the night, stomping, screaming, laughter and slamming doors. There is clattering in the communal kitchen and showering in the toilet. The TV has no satellite, no cable and no WiFi.Sockets look pre-war including dust from the rubble of '45.Lady on the phone was nice. But that was it...Offering something like that as a technician's room is a disgrace. INSTALLERS NEED TO SLEEP!

I was there with my girlfriend and we both felt very uncomfortable. Only foreign men standing in the aisles wearing only their underwear. The rooms and toilets were also very run down and not nice.

The windows were poorly constructed and did not close properly. There are no dishes in the kitchen. Others can be used normally. It's nice that the shower has a good force.

It's not normal what they're doing. I'm a big company with 100 people and I want to have rooms for 5 people in Hamburg. They tell me ok.The people are in the apartment at 8:00 p.m. I wrote and the owner told me you will get the key at 10:30 p.m. what does that mean because he says the people can take a shower and wait for us. I said okay but it's 10:30 p.m. and no one is there. I'm trying to call my cell phone is off 🙄 I've been working for 14 years and I've seen many apartments now BRAVO. At 11:35 p.m. someone came and said I didn't have a room for 5 people, only for 2 😳 Shock. What should I say to people, I said that I would call the police and in just 5 minutes his boss called and the room was found. No more words!!!! Bad accommodation.!!!!
