Very nice hotel, excellent location, very close to the center of Nuremberg.Nice and clean rooms and bathroom.The view from the thirteenth and fourteenth floors is beautiful.The buffet breakfast was good, the only note being that given the international clientele it would be better to also have explanations in English of the foods served at breakfast.

We wanted to go to the rooftop bar in the evening. After asking nicely at the reception, we were rejected in an extremely unfriendly manner by the young, dark-blond hotel saleswoman, saying that the bar was only for hotel guests and that we could maybe get a seat in 30 minutes. We left immediately.

The overpriced lege battery is right at the main train station and that's actually the only advantage.The rooms are tiny and too expensive.What's particularly annoying is that every time you enter the hotel you have to show your room card to the unfriendly staff so that you don't get unauthorized access to the expensive Sky Bar.

Staff at reception and at breakfast were very nice and friendly.The bar is great too. Of course you pay for the view.Delicious rolls and a large selection at breakfast, just a little more expensive.We'd love to come back.

A beautiful hotel, right in the center of Nürnberg, right next to the central station.Upon arrival, the young man behind the reception desk was very friendly and helpful.The hotel seems new and exudes luxury.The room rate was sky-high, but I'm used to that during major fairs in cities (this was the Galabau Messe).The room was nice and in good order, nothing to complain about. The only downside was the view, I sat at the back and looked straight into an ugly parking garage.Breakfast was in the restaurant on the 13th floor, which was excellent with lots of choice and a breathtaking view of the city.

The hotel is so harmoniously furnished, it's just fun to be here. Even the smell in the lobby is somehow inviting and pleasant.At the reception I was immediately addressed by name. There is a drinks dispenser with flavored water in the foyer, very healthy and refreshing.Even the carpets are originalCloud pattern.Hygiene: great that there is even a disinfectant dispenser installed in the elevator.They pay a lot of attention to sustainability - you can already see this at check-in, for example. B. cancel room service.The room itself is relatively small, but there is still enough space for working and relaxing. Unfortunately I had to skip breakfast. But the room is highly recommended.

The Cloud Bar in The Cloud One Hotel is an absolute “insider tip” in Nuremberg. The service is first class – attentive, friendly and always on hand. The cocktails in particular stand out: creatively mixed, tasteful and prepared with high-quality ingredients. But the absolute highlight is the breathtaking view from the balcony, which offers a fantastic view of the city and makes the evening unforgettable

A top hotel. I always enjoy coming here. The usual high standard, as always clean and nice staff! A highlight is of course the bar on the 14th floor with a fantastic view over Nuremberg!

A lot has changed since it was called the Cloud One. Prices were raised. The breakfast has clearly lost quality. The selection is now just as big as everywhere else. The successful concept of little but good no longer applies. Rooms in certain hotel directions get a coffee machine as an upgrade and the price is also increased. Nothing else has changed. New concepts are not always better. It's better to stick to the roots that made you successful and continue to refine them.
