This family-run restaurant in the middle of an idyllic natural setting manages to offer traditional German and regional dishes at the highest level without losing the authentic charm of a country inn.As soon as you enter the Entenmühle, you feel welcome and safe. The rooms are stylish and at the same time cozy, with lots of wood and loving details that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Especially on sunny days, the beautiful outdoor area, surrounded by lush greenery and birdsong, invites you to enjoy a relaxed meal in the open air. For anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, the Entenmühle Inn is an ideal retreat.The menu is excellently put together and offers a varied selection of regional and seasonal specialties. Particularly noteworthy is the high quality of the ingredients, which mainly come from local producers and are freshly processed. Classics that should definitely be tried are the crispy fried duck, the excellent fish dishes and game dishes fresh from the hunter.The service is courteous and warm. We like to go/hike to the duck mill when there is a lamb barbecue. The starting point is always Bad Berneck, towards Thiesenring, i.e. once up left, once right, back near the Essen valley route. The lamb was always tender and crispy and with the "second helping" you can enjoy the delicious meat and the good salads again. The ambience on the terrace in the great outdoors and the top service round off a great day.
