Very suitable for families or couples who want space. Everything is available that is needed. Good starting point for many activities. No matter in which direction. The train station is only a few minutes away. At least 1 restaurant can be reached in less than 5 minutes.

The two of us were exhibitors at the Fürstenberg Christmas World in Donaueschingen for 4 days. Since we didn't necessarily want to drive almost 90 minutes in the morning and 90 minutes back home in the evening, we looked for accommodation near the Christmas world.The accommodation is located just outside the center in the Aufen district. The journey took about 8-10 minutes.We were greeted very friendly upon arrival.In a single-family home where the owners live on the upper floor, we basically had a completely furnished apartment with everything that went with it on the lower floor. Everything was clean and tidy. There is a large kitchen area where you can find everything you need. Stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle etc... a large dining table, radio. Of course also including dishes, cutlery and glasses. The usual spices such as salt, pepper, etc. were also available. There are 2 bedrooms, of which we only used the large one. There were even sweets on the pillows as a little gift. Toilet with sink, a bathroom with bath/shower tray. There is even a hairdryer. There is also a large living room with a large couch and everything that goes with it. However, we didn't use the living room area at all because we arrived there relatively late in the evening and had to leave early in the morning. There is a separate parking lot for guests, but you can also park along the street. There is also a garden/terrace area, which we didn't use due to the time of year. For a fee there would have been a sauna and a washing machine in the basement area. You get 2 keys with which you can open the main entrance door and the apartment door. The owners have also put a lot of effort into creating a folder with house rules and tips for things to do.All in all, we almost only stayed there to sleep, but I can still warmly recommend the “Ferienwohnung Lemke” and would stay there again at any time.

Exceptional vacation rental: very spacious apartment, equipped down to the smallest detail, exemplary cleanliness and quietly located. Nothing is missing, really. As for the hosts, they are extremely kind and very attentive. A pearl. We will definitely come back.
