The two of us stayed in a 55sqm apartment no. 103 in May. The location is great, you have a nice view of the greenery from the balcony.The size of the apartment was good, we booked for 2 people, but the couch in the living room was designed for a double occupancy as a place to sleep. However, this was quickly corrected.We had expected a sauna in the house based on the pictures in the booking, but were informed upon arrival that we would have to go to the thermal baths and that we could use the 3-world card for this, which we didn't do.When we arrived we were surprised by cobwebs when we went through it, which suggests that the apartment was not cleaned before booking but after departure.There is no service.

Great accommodation, only the information about the coffee machine is not entirely correct - it is a capsule machine.I'm not a fan of it and then bought a coffee machine

Super nice apartment and great hiking trails. The Solemar is also easy to reach on foot. Lake Constance can be easily reached in about 40 minutes by car.

We came to the German Championships in Bad Dürrheim with the Bundesliga team Wheel Divas. The accommodation fully met our expectations. Parking spaces are available.

It was okay... Not very modern, but a matter of taste. However, there was no real feeling of well-being in the living room. The dishwasher was broken (supposedly it should have been replaced 4 days before arrival), the bathtub took 1.5 hours to fill up and the parking space reserved in the booking was not reserved, so we couldn't find a parking space one evening.I don't really think 110€/night for a 55sqm and 2 room apartment is justified.Ok for a few days but not really recommended for relaxation.

The shower head holder was broken, the sink in the kitchen overflows when it rains, and the rooms are stuffy and heated up. The mattresses are sagging and the drain stinks. Only one access card was given. Great size of the holiday home and very idyllic location. But there is clearly room for improvement.

We were in the bubble, the basic idea is not bad, the interior is also lovingly furnished! However, it started as soon as we checked in! There was no sign at the reception explaining that we have to go to the other hotel to check in, the other hotel is a 10 minute walk through the town! When we arrived safely we had to wait an hour to check in, now it was my turn oh I don't know where the keys are 🔑 a bit overwhelmed, the lady gave me a key and said then you just have to take the right bubble! She explained things to me that I didn't really understand! TOILET and shower are ok in the house in the sauna area 👌 I can take a shower with men who are in the sauna and brush my teeth in the toilet where someone previously did their business. The bubble was locked with a lock that was rusty and we couldn't open it. Luckily my husband is a handyman and repaired it. I tore my hand open in the lounge chair because the chair was a bit broken. I could go on and on but I'm coming to the end. I had to give the key back. I then spoke to a lady who was responsible. I told her everything. I also told her I was waiting for an answer or at least an apology before I rate it but nothing ever came, so unfortunately I have to go this route! What a shame! But we were compensated with a huge shooting star 🌠

Check-in takes place at the Sure Hotel (The Hotel SoleGARTEN is closed). Some information was forgotten upon arrival (e.g. edition 3 world map).The room itself was spacious and mostly clean.There were cobwebs in some corners.The furniture, apart from the kitchen, seemed a bit thrown together. The taps are hooked and difficult to adjust. The darkening in the bedroom could have been solved better.The check-out took place again at the Sure Hotel, as the reception was not occupied during the actually mentioned period. There is no question as to whether everything went well.After comments on my part, I was informed that there was no one in the hotel on Sunday with whom I could discuss the issues.However, no one responded to my email reply. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority issue. Too bad...

We had booked an extraordinary overnight stay in the Bubble Tent, which is located adjacent to the Sport Chalet, where you can use the shower, toilet and sauna, and a free, full refrigerator is also available. Unfortunately we didn't have such nice weather. Were woken up with rain and thunderstorms that were very loud in the bubble, the ventilation at night was uncomfortable as it brought in very cold air so it would have to be hot in the summer. When the weather was nice it was definitely a highlight because you had a very special view
