Rooms, service and breakfast are ok, but the truck traffic at the hotel isn't great when the window is open. In cool weather and the windows are closed, however, it's ok and not audible.

In my review I took into account that the hotel is currently under renovation and the previous operators unfortunately left the hotel in a very poor condition.We had a great stay and will definitely check in there again when the hotel shines in new splendour.

I assumed the B&B standard when booking.Big mistake.Rooms are dirty, shabby and not air conditioned. We cleaned ourselves, organized towels and were surprised that the room was given away when we checked in... and were happy to only have to stay there for one night.Reception is probably made up of a couple playing on cell phones who can hardly open their mouths and aren't very helpful either.Breakfast was ok, but coffee was only served after I had shown the young man that coffee beans and milk also belong in the machine.There are no pictures of the hotel because it's better not to show what it looks like...I'll add a few. I'd rather leave out the one where my friend vacuums.I'll be more careful in the future. Regular customers are easy to lose B&B...

The hotel has NOTHING to do with B&B standard. Automated check-in at 4:15 p.m. not possible because EC device is defective.Door locked.When you call, you get the statement “someone has to come.”The rooms are shabby, mattresses that are completely worn out and no one thinks about a slimmed down breakfast!!!!I stay in B&B's at least once a week but that was a disgrace!

Warning about this B&B hotel! It is in a renovation phase. When the outside temperature was 34° degrees, no air conditioning worked! Double room 229 has a bunk bed above the double bed - dangerous when sitting up in bed or lying down. The sanitary areas brought back memories of camping in a caravan (plastic cells). The breakfast was tasteless due to the cold cuts and cucumber slices, the cheese slices stuck together and the rolls were sticky on Sunday - fresh bread - none - breakfast egg - none - jam - none - fell for the low price - booked under experience!

We had a very pleasant stay at the B&B Hotel Mannheim Friedrichsfeld. The location is ideal as it is very close to the train station and there are some great pubs and restaurants in the area. Particularly noteworthy is the quiet area, which we really liked. The welcome from the Kunert couple was warm and the entire staff was extremely courteous and friendly.The breakfast room is a bit small, but very cozy and you can tell that a lot of love was put into the design. It is important to mention that the hotel is currently being renovated - it was previously an Ibis hotel and is now being converted into a B&B hotel. You should therefore manage your expectations realistically, as not everything meets the typical B&B standard. However, you can tell that something big is being built here and the construction work is progressing well.Overall, we felt very comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back.

Slept well in a neat, clean room. The rooms could use an update but everything works properly. The self check-in on a column at the door did not work (the date of birth of a 2nd guest could not be entered), but after a long search it turned out that it was also possible via a QR code on the wall. Breakfast is nothing, not worth the money. Positive: there are grass tiles in the parking lot, still some greenery on a dreary industrial estate. It adds a lot to biodiversity, good choice! Sleeping was also very cheap via the B&B app, so great value for our money.

The worst B&B I've stayed in. I was able to self check in because I didn't have a number (I had booked through Booking.com). The reception was supposed to be manned from 3 p.m., but this was not the case. I called and was told someone would be there in 15-20 minutes. Check-in was completed at around 3:30 p.m. The drinks machine was out of order and the air conditioning didn't work either. The breakfast was absolutely not worth the €12.90, e.g. stale rolls, hardly anything on offer. The location of the B&B is in the middle of the commercial area.

This is not the B&B standard I'm used to.A teenager sits bored at the reception and looks as if we had disturbed him when we wanted to check in.There were crumbs from the previous resident on the table in the room, a receipt stuck in the corner of the toilet...Air conditioning didn't make anything except noise. It's a shame to advertise this as air-conditioned, so open the windows... clear and let the smoke into the room from the smokers in front of the door...I could have slept in the car...What was B&B thinking by taking on a worn-out IBIS budget? What if IBIS no longer wants to sell it as a budget?Sorry, but that doesn't work at all!

I booked the room because it was shown as having air conditioning and so far I have always been satisfied with the B&B hotel.But this hotel has nothing in common with the well-known B&B hotels.Apparently they simply unscrewed the Ibis Budget sign and screwed the B&B on.Rooms totally shabby and dirty. Of course the air conditioning didn't work. And don't open the windows either because people were smoking and talking loudly in front of the entrance. Of course, the obligatory water that you're supposed to get with the B&B loyalty program wasn't available either.Normally after an overnight stay at a B&B you will be sent a satisfaction survey. I can understand that they don't exist here.

Shower next to the bed, furniture/walls/etc worn out, poor condition, risk of injury, little space, in the middle of an industrial area, you can hear planes and the highway - the list just goes on. I really can't recommend it. No B&B quality.

The room was also a major letdown. The pillowcases were dirty, there was a strong unpleasant odor, the shower was filthy and rusty, and the air conditioning was not working due to lack of maintenance. With no other option, we had to stay in this uncomfortable and unsanitary room. The hotel's lack of an elevator meant we had to carry our luggage up the stairs ourselves. On top of that, the location by the roadside meant we couldn't open the window without letting insects in, leading to a sleepless night. Overall, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a B&B Hotel, and it has made me reconsider staying at this chain in the future. I hope the management addresses these issues to prevent other guests from going through a similar experience.
