My husband and I visited Trier last weekend. The hotel is excellent. The location is unbeatable, clean rooms and very friendly staff. We felt very welcome in the breakfast room and at check-in. Unfortunately we partially froze in the lobby breakfast room as it was very cool there. Especially in the morning. The staff was dressed thicker, probably to reduce heating costs. There is definitely still room for improvement. Otherwise highly recommended!

This hotel was a great surprise! The rooms are confortable and clean, the bathrooms are well equiped and as clean as the rest of the hotel.Nevertheless, the best part of this hotel was the staff members who are very kind and polite, the helped us greatly.I would also recommend having breakfast in the hotel, the place is lovely and the food is great, the lemon mini muffins were exquisite!To sum up, this hotel was a great experience with very nice staff.

We stayed here for 2 nights.The room was very clean, the breakfast buffet was very rich and the staff was always friendly.There was a bicycle garage.The location of the hotel is only 5 minutes away from the cathedral and the Moselle... perfectWe would check into this nice hotel again in a heartbeatThe price-performance ratio is great.We ate in the Glocke restaurant and directly on the Moselle at the Mosellied restaurant.Both restaurants were great and had normal prices.Thank you for the great overnight stays.The Vogel family from Stuttgart

Very friendly and good service. The lady in the hotel is a reallly nice person that cares for you. When you check in, at breakfast, when you checkout, everytime she is nice and friendly. The rooms were fine, location good, we can recommend the place

A very well located hotel with everything you need. The rooms are nice and the service in particular is great. The breakfast is rich and very tasty. We were able to park our bikes in the garage overnight. Great and recommended.

My research was amiss, no lift a lot of stairs to climb. For the same $$, I believe you could find something better in the same area. 2 city blocks away to park, but a good rate. Not a fan

Very pleasant and quiet hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The location is ideal for the city center and all the sights. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back.

Nice, small, quiet hotel with a very good location, the old town and the banks of the Moselle and the jetty can be reached in a few minutes on foot.The breakfast buffet was sufficient, the parking garage is about 250m away. The bathroom in our room was quite small, for someone who is a bit more human, you can almost say it is tiny, like it is in my case 😁 The room was on the third floor, and the stairs are quite steep It's an old house and you should only take it into account if you have limited mobility.But we really liked it here, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and as I said it was clean and quiet

Very clean and nicely run small hotel right in the center of Trier. We particularly liked the bicycle garage. Ideal location for bike tours on the Moselle and then a good meal in Trier in the evening. Gladly again

Liked: The hotel is located not far from the city center on a side street opposite a vocational school. There is a parking lot and several parking garages nearby. You can purchase a season ticket at the hotel for a fee of 9 euros per day. It is possible to park in front of the hotel for a short time so that you can unload your suitcases and check in. The staff is very friendly, we immediately felt welcome. The rooms are very clean and functionally furnished. Our rooms faced the courtyard and were therefore very quiet. The beds were also comfortable (although not very long) and we slept well. We all enjoyed breakfast and it was appetizing and freshly prepared.The hotel is suitable for a weekend getaway as most of the city center's attractions are within walking distance.Disliked: We had our rooms on the third floor without an elevator and only accessible via a staircase with very narrow steps. With my arthritis it was more of a daily challenge and carrying the suitcases up there wasn't really any fun either. It would have been nice to know that beforehand. The rooms are relatively small and the bathrooms are tiny. The men in our group struggled to sit on the toilets. There may also be rooms with larger bathrooms, but unfortunately that wasn't the case in our four rooms. We had booked two nights, there was no room service, but unfortunately this was not communicated beforehand. The rooms facing the street are relatively noisy at night as there are two pubs nearby. We didn't have school, we were only here for the weekend.

The location is excellent, the hotel is only a good 200m from the Porta Nigra and is still quiet. Our room was very spacious, we were kindly given an upgrade because the owner didn't want us to have to climb to the third floor late in the evening. The breakfast buffet was very varied and rich. Again and again, even without an upgrade, because the price-performance ratio is very good.

Very conveniently located hotel to Ports Nigra and therefore to the city center. Very clean, great breakfast, very nice accommodating owners. Booking a garage in connection with the Moselsteig hike is possible for a small fee. The room was ok, but quite small, which is certainly due to the fact that we only stayed one night. But completely sufficient for sleeping.
