Friendly reception. Room small but very clean. Very quiet at the back. Great breakfast buffet, definitely book it. Book a parking space directly opposite. Location top.

Small hotel very centrally located, just a few steps from the old town. The breakfast is very good. The hotel is located on a busy street. Our room was a bit small, the bathroom was only separated from the room by a folding door and a glass pane There was no window in the room itself, only in the bathroom. The shower was also a bit small. Nevertheless, it was completely sufficient for one night, it was clean. There was also a small kettle, paper cups, tea and coffee bags, as well as milk and sugar There is an elevator, you had to climb a few steps to get to the room.

Good city hotel in a great location right near the Porta Nigra. The hotel was in tip-top condition. The bathroom was a bit small, but if you want to visit Trier you're not looking for a wellness hotel. …

The location is perfect, as the name says it is right next to the famous attraction and close to the whole centre, full of shops and activities. There is also a car park across the road, quite convenient, with a lockable garage for each car.The breakfast has good products, some even sweet, but which were finished during my stay in the breakfast room. The big problem that definitely influenced my rating is the musty/humidity smell in the room. Something like this had never happened to me, it was almost impossible to stay in the room. Even the pillow smelled like sweat. We booked one of the rooms with an independent entrance in the courtyard and for some of them there are only sheet metal stairs to access, no lift.Another of the problems is the interminable check-in procedure, in which we had to put all our data on a tablet, even the credit card. Either the process is simplified, since there is a person at the reception specifically or you have to send the email for online check-in at least the day before.

The location right on the Porta Nigra is hard to beat. Our room was quite simply furnished, but it was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff very nice. …

The hotel is simple and the only drawback is that the elevator leaves you on mezzanines and you have to carry suitcases up a flight of stairs. Everything else was great, very good location and parking in front. The reception treatment was correct.

I do not agree to pay for a room that is significantly worse than my friend's at the same price. €104 paid. Although good location near the center of Treves, I find it poor value for money.Breakfasts +15 €/pp. It's not cheap either. Complete but with industrial products. Good coffee.
