The location was suitable, the service was very great, the room was always tidy and even at first impression I was positively surprised by the room. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating. I could hardly complain or had no complaints. If you want to visit a hotel, you are welcome to visit this hotel. I recommend it. The breakfast service is varied, which is why you have a wide choice at breakfast.

Super clean super efficient easy access to motorways this is a great hotel for short breaks would recommend this hotel to family and friends like all holiday inn express the food is limited but breakfast was excellent. Parking just outside the hotel but you have to get there early overall a gem of a hotel

Very decent hotel. Taking your dog with you was no problem and was reasonable with a one-off fee of €25. Well insulated windows so you couldn't hear the nearby main road. Unfortunately there was no fridge in the room, otherwise well equipped.Overall, well suited for hikers -> after 15 minutes you are already in nature.

The hotel is ok, located 15 minutes walk from the city center.We stayed for an extended weekend.The breakfast offer i. O.The organization was an absolute disaster and disorganized.A full hotel that suffers from a lack of space at breakfast, a shame.

The hotel is very clean, dog friendly and is only 20 minutes from Porta Nigra. The breakfast offers enough choice between, among other things, croissants, crispbreads and various rolls. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are modern and clean. We will definitely come back.

Hotel room itself is okay. Unfortunately we had an extremely unpleasant experience with the service, which is why it is only enough for 2 stars.We already had a paid reservation in advance via Booking.com. When checking in, the employee incorrectly checked us in with another similar Asian name. Some time later we were notified of an alleged no-show and were asked to pay for the booking as a no-show.When we tried to clarify it over the phone, we neither acknowledged the mistake nor apologized. There was a young and extremely stubborn lady on the phone who wanted to blame us for the misunderstanding. We should have made sure it was the right room when checking in. If I give my name at the hotel and the employee gives me the key, I assume it's the right room.The employee on the phone was not at all friendly and customer-oriented and ended the discussion after I addressed her as Miss due to her extremely accusatory and unreasonable manner.Not admitting your own mistakes, blaming customers but then blocking them because of a harmless verbal comment is exactly the type of person who shouldn't work in service. Absolutely destroyed our stay.

Not worth it. With 189 euros you can offer more.The room was good and clean, but when booking I said we wanted a king size bed, but we got 2 separate ones.The breakfast had very low quality and selection, orange juice was unnatural and unpalatable, the main course only offered scrambled eggs and pancakes, vegetables - tomatoes and cucumbers only.For this price you will find something better.

New hotel, a little bit out of town. Location between the busy Zurmaierstrasse arterial road and the Moselle. In the center only c. 2km. Recommended for a city trip. Dogs are also welcome in the hotel and you can enjoy relaxing dog sniffing sessions behind the house on the Moselle walking path or in the meadows on the banks of the Moselle.We chose a slightly larger room on the first floor, which was only slightly more expensive than the standard size. Facilities were perfect. Location of the room facing the street, but very quiet. Parking spaces available directly in front of the house on the private road there (which was currently not listed in the navigation system in October 2024) are probably not enough if the house is fully occupied. Breakfast room relaxed with different seating areas (tables for 2 and tables for 4 with chairs, but also upholstered furniture with power and USB ports under the seat, but alsohigh tables with bar stools, but also corners with cocktail chairs) and a good breakfast. There are also various quiet seating areas in the lobby.
