The location of the hotel is central, but still quiet on a side street. The rooms are very tastefully furnished and you sleep even better in the bed made of pine wood. If I come to Bad Nauheim again, I'll always go to Arabella!

Highly recommended! Lovingly styled, freshly renovated rooms. I have rarely slept so well. Lots of very nice solid wood furniture and elements, very high quality. Many rooms even have a balcony. Friendly service. Easiest check in and check out. Great prices. Ideal location. Definitely deserves much more than the 3 stars!!

Without exception, EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT! Arrive and immediately feel at home is perfectly expressed here. Great location, central yet quiet. Parking in the backyard - FREE! I had a single room with a balcony, when I opened the door I couldn't help but be amazed. So LOVINGLY and beautifully furnished, modern and CLEAN! I was immediately sad that I could only stay there for one night - I would have loved to stay for a week! A huge bed, a brand new renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large balcony AND best of all, a complete kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and 2 hotplates. I'm really hard to excite, but this exceeded my expectations! There is a common/breakfast room that you have access to 24/7, where you can help yourself to the fully automatic coffee machine (cappucino, latte, cafe crema, etc.) as well as a selection of teas and the cereal and fruit buffet! It couldn't be better! Everything is so cozy and rustic, the old floorboards creak and you just feel at home!A mini mini mini point of criticism is the "narrow" entrance to the backyard parking lot. Cars that are wider than 2.20m (Mercedes station wagon) - definitely have to fold in the mirrors and it's a tight affair but that's absolutely NOT worth deducting a single point!

Lots of light but also some shadows. Let's dive into the light first:The room was absolutely great. Really clean and well decorated. Great bathroom. Full five stars for that. But that's about it with praise.Let's come to the negative: It's my opinion and you should read it calmly.Criticism is there to improve. Suggestion:We had booked a room with a balcony. There was only one door with bars behind it. Stupid. But it could be even stupider to remain friendly. We had booked the room as an apartment, with the option of cooking ourselves or bringing breakfast to our partner in bed. That wasn't possible. Great kitchenette but really no dishes. No glasses. Ok, three champagne glasses, four desert plates, and a frying pan. Question: What's that supposed to mean?We were promised a lot, but we are extremely disappointed. The “communication” is really bad. I'm still waiting for a call back today, even though the "tape" promised that...You are also welcome to give a tip. That was impossible here. The bored “kraft” couldn’t even calculate and collect the tourist tax correctly.Let's summarize:Super cleanGreat bathroomPoor communicationNo dishesNo possibility to make coffeeor eggsNo tabs for the dishwasher, which doesn't matter. My tip to the owners: make an inventory list so that everything that was promised is there.Plates, cups, at least one pot. Glasses and other things that were promised. We don't take the hole in the blanket seriously, we have it ourselves.Really price/performance: think about it.
