The hotel is in an old colliery and also has many sights from the Kaue to the stamp cards. The rooms are very clean and tidy with modern facilities. The bathrooms are very nicely decorated. Unfortunately no one was there when we checked in, which made it difficult to find the keys, but we were quickly helped on the phone.

High prices. Low service. NO RECEPTION! For this price you should have at least some staff in house. No AC and tiny rooms. No breakfast or diner possibilities. As a ffequent traveler. 150 hotel nights per year I'd say never again

We took advantage of chilling for one night. The rooms are small but functionally furnished, there is virtually no closet space. It was clean and tidy, you can easily spend a night there if you are not sensitive to noise. There are restaurants downstairs in the house and event locations next door. Unfortunately, we were woken up early on Sunday by the exhibitors at the flea market.So much for the positive. Unfortunately, the organization and service are a complete failure. When we arrived, we had to make several phone calls before we were given the code for the locker with the room cards. We also learned that there was no longer a partner restaurant for breakfast. Unfortunately, the promised email with tips in the area never arrived. The room bill should also arrive by email and be paid via bank transfer afterwards. It took over 5 months until we received them by letter. It remains a mystery why the credit card that must be provided for booking was not simply charged. It's a shame, because you could do more with the hotel. There are hardly any other options for overnight stays in Dorsten.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is stylishly and tastefully decorated, which is immediately noticeable upon entering.The site offers an impressive range of dining options. From delicious buffet restaurants to Italian. I was impressed by the culinary diversity.Another big plus is the availability of free parking spaces. This is not a given in many hotels, but here it was solved excellently.Overall, I can highly recommend this hotel in the CreativQuartier. It combines style and practical amenities that make your stay special. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Unfortunately I have to note 2 negative points. First of all, the bathroom is very poorly constructed. When showering, you have to be careful that nothing spills into the room. The second thing is that no beds are made in the hotel, which isn't supposed to be the case in the hotel.
