I find it impossible that you have to go through the hassle of registering. I'm not even sure it's legal to require you to send a scan of your ID in order to rent the apartment. The rooms are okay, but the sewer smell from the bathroom, the super sensitive smoke detector and the constant street noise that can be heard very clearly through the closed windows are really crap.If literally everything else wasn't occupied, I would never have rented the apartment. And never again, unless I had no choice.

Unfortunately it's a bit old.The floor and door frames are already in need of renovation. It also urgently needs to be painted.The smaller apartments have neither a dishwasher nor a stove.The radiators were not vented and therefore had virtually no heating output.The location right on what is probably the busiest street in the city center is also not a highlight.The elevator only goes up to the 4th floorOverall not recommended and especially not at the price quoted.

The size and layout of the apartment is actually quite nice, but everything is very poorly cleaned.Strange hair greeted us on the freshly made beds, as well as on the table and the kitchen countertop. Stains on the laminate. There was a thick cut toenail lying in the middle of the bathroom. After wiping it away, the paper was black with dirt! The kitchen sponge is so dirty that it will soon be able to walk on its own. For €168 a night you can expect an immaculately cleaned apartment.

Very nice apartments, very clean and close to everything. Garage is right next door and the center is a few hundred meters away. The staff is easy to reach via whatsapp, and they are helpful 24/7 and extremely talented and knowledgeable. Many thanks for everything and I hope to see you again Dortmunt🙏🙏

WiFi didn't work during the entire stay, which didn't change after a chat with customer service, and the non-smoking apartment smelled of smoke. Unfortunately not a very positive experience.

The rooms were not in good condition. 1. The socket for the electrical appliances (water kettle, etc.) was not installed correctly and was hanging loosely on the wall with a gap of approx. 1 cm (life-threatening) 2. The shower tray was not sealed at the bottom of the glass shower wall. This meant you couldn't really take a shower because the water immediately ran out onto the floor and spread around the bathroom. The joints looked accordingly. 3. When we arrived there was an empty 0.5l Cola bottle under the bed. 4. The cleanliness was ok, except for the top of the closet. 5. The curtain had a burn mark.Now something positive. The location is top. In about 3 minutes you can be in the city center. But you have to be careful where you park. Most car parks are locked in the evenings and also on Sundays. So we got our car out of the underground car park on Saturday evening and parked it in front of the hotel. Here too you have to be careful. The trick only works after 9 p.m. because you still pay until 10 p.m. and the maximum parking time is only 1 hour.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at BRIGHT in Dortmund. The cleanliness of the accommodation is excellent and the bathroom and kitchen equipment meet all the requirements for modern comfort. The location is ideal: the good connection to public transport means you can quickly reach all important places, while the surrounding area itself is quiet and relaxing. Privacy is very important here.The app gives you access to your access codes to the main entrance and your own apartment. You don't have to carry a card with you or make sure nothing gets lost.The service is excellent. If problems arise, an effective solution is found promptly and inquiries are answered quickly. In terms of price, BRIGHT is unbeatable compared to other accommodations in Dortmund. This was my second stay here and I will definitely choose this accommodation again on my next visit to Dortmund. Thank you for everything!

I only used the apartment to stay overnight, the amenities were absolutely sufficient.The room and bathroom are clean.Great value for money.The entire process of issuing the code for access was done via WhatsApp and was extremely quick and easy. Questions were also answered about this 👍🏼👍🏼The location was ideal for me. The underground car park is directly opposite.

The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need: coffee machine (including capsules), dishwasher, fridge and freezer compartment, dining area or work space and much more. The building has an elevator and is in a good area. The connection to public transport is super practical, there are various shopping opportunities and even a nice market (apparently only on Thursdays from April). The accommodation was really very clean and tidy, it looked like new. In addition, check-in was very easy. However, Google first directed me to the delivery entrance behind the house :D After a quick call to BRIGHT, I was immediately told that the main entrance is on the side of the main street. The service when we had questions was also top notch.I'd love to come back.
