I do not recommend the studio. It lacks basic kitchen essentials. Before booking, I inquired about the kitchen equipment, and they assured me it would be provided according to my requests. However, this turned out to be false. I first asked about making coffee, and they said it wasn't possible but mentioned a restaurant where I could buy coffee. This is misleading since breakfast is sold at a set price, and they do not offer separate sales in the morning.Additionally, I requested a sponge and soap for washing dishes, and they claimed they would provide them. However, three days later, towards the end of my stay, I had to follow up and was told I needed to purchase them myself. I also ran out of toilet paper twice during my stay. They tidy the bed every 2 to 3 days, but they do not clean the studio or check for basic supplies like toilet paper. In addition, the bed is too soft and not comfortable. The shower water fluctuates between cold and hot. Moreover, the exhaust fan motor in the bathroom and the fridge are very noisy. While you can turn off the fridge, you cannot switch off the extractor fan.Overall, I do not recommend the studio.

Great hotel. Great concept. Great room. Great breakfast. Great location. About the location: in the middle of the city center. At the weekend this apparently becomes a complete party zone. You can't hear anything in the room, but only if you sleep with the window closed. If you don't want that, you're in the wrong place. One more note.... There was apparently a party in the bar/breakfast room tonight....please close the door to the hallway next time, it was too loud because my room was only 10 m away. Still there are 5 stars. I'll be back, thank you

Not your usual hotel. Rooms were clean, good location but decor reminded me of a upscale hotel from Mad Max. Just not my style

Booked the hotel for a business trip. The hotel's own parking spaces are limited, so we used the Am Hansaplatz car park, which offered a reasonable price and sufficient parking space. The hotel itself is a real recommendation. Is extremely centrally located in the pedestrian zone. In the same building complex there is a Rewe with long opening hours and many restaurants within walking distance. In addition to the rather practical but completely industrial-style rooms (with good beds), there are kitchens, a gym and much more. especially for budget travelers.

So we arrived, the room was still used. Bed was used by the previous person and cups too. There was a new room. But the beds are like concrete, and we have to hear the refrigerator and something rustling all the time, which also makes it difficult to sleep. The breakfast according to the menu should cost €19.90 but it was very, very poor. So the price for what is offered is not good. Room 110€ per night.I don't know. We don't take it anymore

Very modern with a youthful atmosphere. Centrally located and yet very quiet. Great breakfast with a view of the Reinoldi Church. At sunrise 🌄 simply fantastic.Plus a well-equipped gym, so everything I need (only a refrigerator is missing in the room)
