I stayed here for 3 nights for a short cycling holiday in the area and felt very comfortable here.- large, friendly, contemporary rooms with balconies, modern bathrooms, everything clean- very rich, varied breakfast of very good quality. Pan cakes, eggs, bacon, many types of sausage and cheese, many fruit and honey spreads, salmon, trout, a great selection of rolls, coffee specialties. And everything was always replenished quickly.- Restaurant with a small but wide menu. I had a very tasty cabbage roulade with pepper cream sauce. But the salmon with spinach on tagliatelle was also delicious. Great panna cotta and tiramisu. I would also have been interested in the beef roulade and the boiled beef, but the vacation was too short for that.- from the restaurant to the rooms, all the staff were always friendly and attentive.But a little jibe with a wink is still necessary: as a "chair fetishist", I noticed the quality of the chairs in the restaurant. A cancellation due to illness two days before arrival is not a good thing for either the customer or the hotel. When canceled by telephone, a callback was announced for the next day, which did not occur. When we asked by telephone on the day of arrival, we were given the brief information that they could no longer accommodate us. The fact that we then had to pay 100% instead of the 80% cancellation costs stated on the confirmation is simply outrageous. Reason: The cancellation should have been made in writing - but we weren't told that in any of the phone calls!When I asked about it, I was immediately threatened that it would then be handed over to a lawyer. Better not book there! Customer friendliness looks different.

Beautiful spacious and comfortable room... with a small entrance hall... and a bathroom with walk-in shower... with a terrace, what could be better for a very good stay.. .Breakfast to recommend...👍

We spent two nights here. You have to arrive by 8am, which isn't the best service these days, at least compared to other hotels. The room seems a bit dated and worn but still ok. We had two spiders and cobwebs in the room, which indicates inadequate housekeeping. I also didn't find the bed really comfortable. Given the price I would have expected something different but there aren't that many alternatives in the region. A positive thing to mention is the breakfast with a good selection, but unfortunately only from 8 a.m. in the morning.

We were there for breakfast with a group of girls. Everything was plentiful, several types of rolls/bread, cold cuts, various types of cheese, fried eggs, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, omelettes, salmon, cereals, fresh fruit, various yoghurts, juices and hot drinks incl.It was very tasty and good! Staff very friendly, gladly again 👌
