Never again. There is mold in the bathroom. Very unpleasant owner. In March, I and Zimmermann are always ventilated. When I came back from cold work, the owners would turn off the heating at 8 a.m. and I would freeze all night long. WiFi also switched off at 8 a.m. but should work until 10 p.m. When I asked, I should use my internet and sleep in pants and a sweater. So be careful.

Not even a star. Maximum dirt. if you smoke outside, yell at the customer to empty the ashtray. In the spider room in 2 weeks he did not change his underwear even once. The owner is a sour person. She is not only interested in the customers' money. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. For the price that does not offer you breakfast. Not even a coffee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. The bathroom is at the end of the corridor. Do you want to take a bath? Wait.

Don't come to her!!! Today 24/09/2023 I went to book a room for 3 days, starting on the 26th. I asked if he had any room available for a couple and he said he didn't, that he had to clean a room and bring more a bed. He said it costs me 180 euros, for 3 days. I told him I don't have any money and I'm going to the ATM to withdraw. The old woman says: let me know that you're not coming back and you're just saying that you're going to get the money. I came back in 10 minutes with the money. I filled in the paper with the date I want to stay and he already wanted to give me the key, to move in two days before. Interestingly, he now had room available and didn't need another bed. Maybe he wanted to make me pay him for two more days. I told her that I don't want to stay from now on and the old woman says: let's go outside, my coffee is getting cold and she gave me my money back. Then he was running after the car, to give him the key back, but he didn't give me any key. He just forgot where he put the key. DO NOT COME TO HER!!!

Definitely avoid these apartments! Is it even possible in the 21st century to rent such barracks to people at abnormal prices? There is no internet, the owners are unfriendly and rude! A room of 12 square meters without a kitchen for two people?! Do the controls in Germany have any effect or are they just on the hunt for honest workers?

The owner of the boarding house is an unpleasant, tight-lipped old lady. There is dust and dirt everywhere in the guesthouse, broken sockets into which you are afraid to plug something in, one hotplate in the room, one microwave in the corridor for 20 rooms, one toilet and one shower for 10 rooms..... Incomprehensible..... I recommend everyone to avoid this guesthouse.

Unfriendly reception, dirt everywhere under the beds, leftover food, etc. Wi-Fi is offered but can only be reached in the entrance area. The rooms are entered without request, where the matter can be obtained with the key and locked if you are not there, it has already been done. Cooking facilities are also offered, but you have to share a microwave in the hallway with 20 other guests, a hotplate is in the room, of course without a pot or pan, let alone other dishes or plates. Ok, you still have a kettle with which you can heat up your instant noodles. On the whole, an overpriced guesthouse that is probably more interested in money than the well-being of its guests. Definitely not recommended, it's best to give this place a wide berth, because you can happily avoid the owners being in a bad mood.

Absolutely do not come to this place, the woman is so annoying, she walks around the rooms, one toilet for 12 rooms, no kitchen, only a microwave, this woman has constant problems

Owner unpleasant. Dirt and dust everywhere. They don't clean here very often. Wifi works weakly, if at all. Shared rooms with strangers. It looks beautiful from the outside, but inside it's like a bad movie. Parking is also a disaster

A decent pension from the outside, it was positive that we had a kitchen for cooking, otherwise I have to say it wasn't that clean everywhere, if you looked closely there were places (radiators, remote control, dishes) that needed to be cleaned more carefully, sorry for that the Pension Obermayer but we colleagues were not so enthusiastic, and that for the Munich region
