The location of the hotel is great and their service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly, especially Mrs. Yveta, and if I repeat the visit, I will definitely choose it.

The hotel is well located central. Our room was a bit tight because there were two armchairs in it that you couldn't really use because of the space. Nevertheless, the room had everything you needed and it was clean.Restaurant and breakfast were absolutely sufficient and also delicious. Can happily recommend 😊

We had lunch there.The service was a bit cold at first but not rude.Drinks were served quickly.A little later the dishes were served.Tasteful and beautifully prepared, that's how I would describe the whole thing.Billing was also quick and cheaper than in Germany.

I didn't stay in the hotel, but I ate in the restaurant. The food is quite good, prices about PLN 50 per person (CZK 1,000 for three meals with beer). Bathroom clean and tidy. Picturesque location, big minus is the lack of possibility to pay by card, but that's probably typical here. Inside there is a fireplace creating a cool atmosphere. However, here I think I only saw the appropriate badge at the entrance.

Good accommodation in the center of Hřensko. The equipment is older, but clean and functional. It was fun with the staff, overall a very pleasant atmosphere. Food in the restaurant also good

We ate in the restaurant on the day of arrival.The schnitzels were carelessly slapped onto the plate and came out of the deep fryer.Waitress was extremely unfriendly and the hotel owner was annoyed.You are not welcome here!Rooms were equipped with a folding sofa - so you slept on it... rock hard!Toilets in the hallway were always occupied.Absolutely not recommended!Other hotels are roughly similar in price and far better!

The service is arrogant, the waitress behaves inappropriately. They didn't have iced coffee at 4 p.m. and addressing the girls from the waitress is completely inappropriate. They bow down to the ground to German tourists. Never again

An ideal place to visit nearby attractions. Clean rooms, we had a room with 2 balconies, beautiful views. The breakfast was tasty and the dinner was also fresh and tasty. Very nice service.

While the accommodations are relatively simple, they adequately meet essential requirements. It is important to note that the sofa bed designated for children is not suitable for individuals older than ten years. The shared bathrooms maintain a commendable level of cleanliness. The service staff is exceptionally helpful and engages in friendly conversation. Additionally, the buffet offers a diverse selection of food and beverages to cater to different tastes.

The service was very nice and helpful. Food tasty and fresh. The buffet breakfast is enough to fill you up. 🙂 The location in the canyon above the river is impressive. Parking spaces right in front of the hotel.

Arrogant behavior, you are not allowed to charge e-bike batteries in the hotel, which is a rarity, we have not encountered anything similar anywhere in Europe. They also remind you that you must have your own slippers to enter the room.

A visit to the restaurant was rather less convincing. Many dishes on the menu were no longer available, but the alternative food chosen (Bohemian cuisine) was tasty. Prices acceptable, card payment apparently not possible.
