The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was rich and very nicely prepared. Ms. Dittus was very friendly and accommodating. I felt very comfortable.

This was my third time as a guest and I am completely satisfied. Very good value for money, clean rooms, very nice and courteous owners.If you need bells and whistles, go to the bay next door and then pay three times as much.

Am disappointed. After I had previously had good experiences with the hotel, today I was simply turned away at the door despite having a reservation and had to look for another hotel room in the evening (7.30 p.m.).

Very friendly, super attentive and accommodating.Cozy Black Forest atmosphere in the breakfast room.Generous and very good breakfast with a breakfast egg perfect to the point.Balcony, nice view.I felt very comfortable for three days and can highly recommend this hotel.

Either this hotel is doing very well and it is already fully booked for months or years, or the information that you need a room for a technician is immediately rejected. In any case, I was told straight away that they were fully booked without even knowing the period in which we needed a room. And just hanging up without saying goodbye is very professional... No thanks.

And the crowning finale... check out at 9.30 a.m. We've never experienced anything like that. We didn't know that and at around 11 the woman was just standing in the room. 6 minutes later she knocked and very rudely told us to leave the room Clean up.once and never again.neither 3 stars nor competent.and €72 a night.We still can't get over the 40 year old mattresses.You should urgently tell the woman that we have arrived in the 20th century.
