Don’t stay here if you plan on sleeping. We were in a room on the second floor directly facing the train line and station which is approximately 100m away. Trains come and go every 20mins and are accompanied by loud sirens announcing their arrival and departure. The rooms have no ventilation or air conditioning, so in summer you’ll have a choice of suffocating with the heat, or not sleeping. Pillows are big and lumpy - seemingly loosely filled with foam chips. Not helpful for anything. Wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

We had a great stay in the boarding house, everything was well organized, very clean, everything we needed was there, any questions we had were answered in a folder in the room, a bakery shop right around the corner, a quiet location...everything was great...

Small holiday apartment in a new building. Very clean throughout the building and in the apartment. When the window is closed, you can hear the S-Bahn passing by muffled. We had an apartment with a roof terrace and a view of the adjacent residential area. The reception is not often staffed but someone can always be reached by phone. It was pleasantly quiet in the house. Be sure to book the underground car park, there are absolutely no parking spaces in the area.

We had a junior suite with a kitchenette, breakfast bar, sofa and separate sleeping area. Everything was new and clean. The WiFi worked perfectly and the beds were good. Our apartment was on the side of the tracks, but it is very well insulated, so if you keep the windows closed, you won't be bothered by the noise. With the shutters closed it was wonderfully dark at night and during the day the shutters keep out the worst of the heat. All in all, we thought it was a great base for Munich and the surrounding area with the station a 3-minute walk away. Parking is easy and free in the surrounding streets. Minus point: on our departure day, the cleaning lady knocked at 8:30 am and when we didn't open the door immediately, she just came in. While check-out is possible until 10:30 am.

It is a boarding house with potential. The service itself was good. Questions were answered quickly and everything was roughly right. What's missing here are the little things. No wooden spoon. Basic things like cloths, oil or even just salt and pepper don't cost a fortune but they add value to the stay. A small light or candle etc. for the terrace would also be nice. Although you have to say that the terrace is not nice. No parasol or inviting seating, just two wobbly chairs that are uncomfortable and a glass table that isn't really usable. I would have expected more given the description and presentation.

Nice rooms.Good service. But the Internet is just a quiet horror...Well, the Internet has finished me off with 1 star.Solving the problem with the Internet is not a task of universal proportions.

We stayed there for over a month and almost felt at home.Ms. Becker is very nice and always helpful. There is a small kitchen in the rooms with everything you need to cook.Microwave and coffee machine are also available and work perfectly. It's also great that there is a laundry cellar with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer. The only thing that sometimes doesn't work so well is the WiFi.In the rooms you hardly hear anything from the neighboring rooms and it is warm too. We didn't even have to turn up the heat. There is a very beautiful forest nearby where you can go for a walk, the S-Bahn is directly opposite, so you can get to the city center in 25 minutes. There is also a bakery right on the corner.Highly recommended and, as I said, also great for long stays!
