Feels like home away from home. Thoughtful and quality fittings, the heated bathroom floors and towel warmers were a very nice touch.Location is excellent, it's just a 5 min walk into town for restaurants and 10 mins from the supermarkets.There was also assigned underground parking, and the check in and check out process was a breeze.Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, nice apartments, friendly staff. Though opening hours of reception could be a bit longer. Definitely recommend booking this apartments whenever you’re visiting Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Great apartments in a great location.Everything was super clean, well furnished and comfortable.The balcony was huge and also equipped with a sun lounger :-)There is free underground parking, air conditioning and electric blinds. You don't hear anything from the neighbors, everything is well insulated.We're not actually apartment bookers - but we would book these apartments again in a heartbeat and recommend them to others.

Bader suites is an amazing place to stay |Incredibly clean and spacious, equipped with everything you might need.Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and kind.Andreas was very helpful showing us some places where to go and because of that we had incredible day.|Great location with beautiful view on Alps.

I lived in this beautiful residence in all respects, from the helpful family and the clean apartments. I felt comfortable and happy living there. I will return next year, God willing, and I advise you of Qarmash, a city for relaxation and relief from stress.

Stayed for 4 nights out of a 12 day trip around Bavaria.Apartments were immaculate, comfortable and stylish/ high quality finishes with underground garage for parking. Underfloor heating, lovely lighting finishes, excellent coffee machine.Communication (with Mandy) before our arrival was excellent, sorting out our booking and payments.Welcome from Sasha was warm, friendly and informative.The location was perfect! 5 minute walk into centre of Garmisch for restaurants and shops plus bus stops on the street direct to Zugspitze and other attractions.10/10 for everything.

We are freshly back from vacation in the Bader Suites. We ALL felt incredibly comfortable and were there with six adults, two children and a dog.What we would like to mention because it is for othersIt could be interesting for families who sleep in family beds: We have divided ourselves into two apartments. With the children we were two adults in unit 15. There was a double bed and a room with a single bed. We were able to easily integrate the single bed into the room with a double bed, creating the same sleeping accommodation as at home. A big advantage for us. Children's travel beds would also be there.Washing machine and dryer are also available in the basement with payment. Always very practical with children.A big compliment to Dragana and Sasa: I have never met such friendly, courteous and helpful employees. We were certainly not the last timethere.

We spent three nights in a great deluxe apartment. Nothing was missing. High-quality furnishings, two bathrooms, everything very clean! In addition, the welcome from the “caretaker” couple was extremely friendly! The center of Garmisch, the Zugspitzbahn station and the Hausberg gondola can be reached on foot or by bus (stop in front of the house). Unreserved recommendation, we would love to come back!

We spent four nights in the Bader Suites at the beginning of February. Really great house, everything is very high quality, super central location, very friendly staff. We forgot our pillow in the apartment when we checked out. We received a call shortly afterwards and the pillow was even quickly driven to the train station in Garmisch, where we were already waiting for our train. Simply great and highly recommended.

The apartment is so fresh that it still smells like a new car, and the decor is so chic that even the furniture shines with pride! The view? Well, it's like a holiday postcard selfie - only without filters, because the reality here is already fantastic enough! 🌟

One of the most beautiful apartments in the area. The room size is excellent, the kitchen is complete.The location is in a special and quiet place, as well as close to the city center, a 10-minute walk.The crew is very helpful and cheerful

The apartment ( 2 bedrooms apartment) was clean, well equipped and with excellent view. We felt like at home.The location was perfect! Very close to many activities by car and in the center of garmisch, few minutes walking from shops and restaurants.I would only recommend adding an outdoor play area for children.We really enjoyed staying there and hope to come again.

We have stayed at Bader Suits twice and have been happy both times. It is a great place for introverts with invisible service. Well designed Apartments are equipped with everything you need, maximally similar to home conditions. The only negative is that there is no bonus system for regular guests.

We have stayed here three times so far, and each stay has been great. The apartments want for nothing and are fully equipped and comfortably furnished. The AC is a great addition in the hot summer months. The staff is exceptionally friendly!The little details put in to make smaller kids welcome is appreciated- a stool in the bathroom, a welcome gift, etc.

We had a nice stay in our apartment.The location is nice and central, unfortunately our balcony was facing the busy street, which made it very loud.The air conditioning in the room cooled well during the day, but unfortunately not in the evening and it made very loud recurring cracking noises, which meant we actually had to turn it off at night.The apartment is modernly furnished. Unfortunately, there were a few storage spaces missing.The underground car park was sufficiently large.It would also be nice to be able to get a vacuum cleaner every now and then. There are brooms in the underground car park, but with our dog's hair a vacuum cleaner would have been better.Great importance was attached to waste separation, but unfortunately there was not enough space for the organic waste and the yellow bag, which meant that it was always somehow squeezed under the sinks.It was a nice and relaxing vacation.
