A very nice hotel, many thanks to all the staff.The breakfast is amazing, very varied and constantly replenished.Very clean rooms, thumbs up.The staff is available to answer any questions you may have. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Very well equipped and nice rooms.The service upon arrival was poor. It was not possible to drive the car to the hotel parking lot to unload luggage. The gate to the parking lot at the official and signposted entrance was apparently not possible. So we had to carry our luggage about 500 m from the parking garage.The location is very good and is almost right in the center of the city.

Friendly reception and check in.Room big enough, clean. Bathroom clean, large, enough storage space.PP available at the hotel for 7.50/d.Elevator, bike cellar available.Breakfast left nothing to be desired, even with sparkling wine.The only point of criticism is that the mattresses are unfortunately far too soft.I would definitely book again.

Nice hotel with a rich breakfast buffet and free Wi-Fi. Unfortunately there is a tram stop right in front of the entrance, which can be quite loud. So it's best to try to get a room facing the courtyard.

The rooms are very clean with a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The beds are good, I slept excellently. The bathroom is modern and also very clean.About the location: Some things from the other reviewers are incomprehensible to me. If I consciously book a hotel in the most central location in the city center, I can't complain about the running tram. The narrow access road, which was also criticized? Well, it's not the width of a highway, but an SUV or van can still fit through it comfortably. The location of the hotel is great. Located in the middle of the pedestrian zone, everything can be reached quickly. It doesn't get any better.The breakfast is great. Very extensive selection and replenishment is made immediately when something is running low. The staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly. There's nothing to complain about there.If I come to Görlitz again, I know where I will sleep...

This is basically the VW Golf of hotels, in a positive sense. Very good value for money. No flophouses but no luxury with a golden tap either.I often go there for work reasons and the rooms and bathrooms are always spotlessly clean, without exception. The cleaning there is very thorough.The breakfast offers a good selection, there is even sparkling wine. All the employees are always very friendly.

This was our second time in this hotel. This time we were unlucky enough to have a room at the front, right above a tram stop in the pedestrian zone. It was spacious and clean, but so noisy that we only slept for 3 hours each. There were few parking spaces and the access was very narrow. The staff was friendly, unfortunately our request for a room facing the courtyard was not met. The breakfast was good.
