The house is very well equipped and clean. Our children had a lot of fun on the trampoline and the playhouse with a slide. You have a fantastic viewof the mountains and the Zugspitze.The Eibsee is in the immediate vicinity and highly recommended. The landlady is very nice and friendly.We would like to come again...

Perfect location on the Zugspitze & a very well-kept, modernized house.The property invites you to feast, relax and enjoy a beautiful view of the Zugspitze. The rooms and grounds are child-friendly, so nothing can stand in the way of a family vacation.Location of the house:Is super centrally located from the sights: Badersee, Eibsee, Zugspitzbad and great hiking trails within walking distance.Not far from the Alpine Pearl you can quickly reach Austria - Tyrol/Innsbruck.The hostess is friendly.We recommend the Alpenperle holiday home to your complete satisfaction and would be happy to come back.

Lovely home nestled below the Zugspitze. The host was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The home is well maintained and modern. The village is charming with an old world Bavarian feel. Very close to skiing, hiking, biking, whatever you may wish.

Super nice holiday home!We were 5 adults and 3 children.There was nothing missing. The house is very nice and modernly furnished. Everything was clean and tidy. Very child friendly. The location is perfect! The landlady is very nice, the organization went well!We'd love to come back!

Super cozy holiday home. Everything you need is there and the landlady is very nice.We were with 6 adults + 4 children, it worked perfectly.There is even a garage!The garden is completely fenced in, perfect for dogs (even small children can't get lost 😉)Gladly again

Very nice area with a view of the Zugspitze. House was great and had everything you need. The child and dog were happy and we had a lovely time at Haus Alpenperle. The landlady was also very nice and helpful. We would also like to spend another vacation here.

Stayed in the Alpenperle holiday home for the second time in 2019 and this week. So the location is almost unbeatable, the house and the garden are very, very beautiful and the hostess is super nice and the house has everything you need but...☝️ unfortunately the cleanliness wasn't great this time (cobwebs, greasy sofa, dirty ones Curtains and seat cushions, the kitchen was still crumbly and greasy when we arrived, there were dead bugs or something like that in the corners of the room) and there were a few things broken (remote control from the television, door from the freezer compartment and an awning from the terrace, pots where the coating was). already from is). Everything was perfect in 2019, unfortunately we wouldn't go to this holiday home again under the circumstances.

The Alpenperle holiday home particularly stands out due to its beautiful location. You have a direct view of the mountains. The garden with two seating areas also invites you to linger. We traveled with 7 people and had enough space. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The landlady is very nice and accommodating. Many things are within walking distance (baker, restaurant, ice cream parlor, etc.). The next city or the Eibsee and the Zugspitze are only a few minutes away by car.

Grainau is a wonderful place at the foot of the Zugspitze. The most beautiful thing is the village character. The Alpenperle holiday home has a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The room layout is very successful and can be used wonderfully by groups of up to 9 people. The equipment is modern and everything is very clean. My family thought it was a shame to have to leave again.

We stayed at the Alpenperle holiday home with 7 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs and can absolutely recommend it. It is an absolutely well-equipped house with lots of space and a great garden. Nothing was missing and we had very nice days there. Added to this is the great location and nice contact with the holiday home landlord!!

Pleasant stay in a very well-equipped holiday home!Friendly contact with the landlady! 3 generations were guests here and they all felt comfortable! The children especially loved the garden with its good facilities!
