What luck! We also had breakfast and it was very good. The rooms were cleaned daily and we never made the beds properly enough. They were constantly being improved. 😃

We spent our short trip here. 2 adults with toddler (1 1/2) / 3 days. The hotel is in a very nice location and has plenty of parking spaces right in front of the house. We stayed in the 1-room holiday apartment Landleben. Well furnished, spacious and really very clean. A terrace is also a great place to spend the evening. The breakfast is extremely rich and all wishes are fulfilled. The operators are very friendly, funny and talkative. If you have a concern, you will be helped immediately. In the evening there is a mini kiosk in the basement that is stocked with plenty of drinks and snacks at reasonable prices. Clear recommendation and thank you for the great time!

Lovingly renovated and furnished house with holiday apartments and double rooms with balconies. The breakfast buffet was very tasty, the owners friendly and attentive. The short distance to the Zugspitze, Eibsee and other attractions is recommended. There are restaurants and cafes in town, a nice short trip - we would love to come back.

Beautiful room, but a bit small for 2 people + 2 larger dogs (after a bit of rearranging, the “problem” was solved). The open shower took some getting used to, but after the first shower the “shyness” was over.Very, very friendly innkeepers, breakfast was also delicious (even if the rolls could sometimes have been a little fresher), the room was always clean (even if the shampoo was still used from the previous one).Location is also great.Thank you for the experience and the wonderful time. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed as a family (2 children) for four days in Grainau and in Haus Sonnenschein. We were immediately warmly welcomed and everything we needed was provided to us at short notice. The view from the room is to die for. The room was fine for us. Breakfast was also really great. A family business that responds to individual wishes and always strives to ensure the well-being of its guests. We would love to come by again. Thank you very much and greetings from Berlin!

A very tastefully decorated hotel in a quiet location with a great view from the terrace. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the village square. From there you can take the bus to Garmisch or Eibsee. Particularly noteworthy is the hospitality of the owners. You immediately feel very comfortable. And you feel like you're with friends. Special thanks for that. We will be back definitely.

Such a lovely B&B! The rooms were so cute and clean, you can tell they had a lot of thought and warmth put into them. The views from the rooms of the Zugspitz were stunning and the breakfast was lovely. There is the cutest little snack and drink nook down the stairs that runs off an honour system. You just write down under your room number what you took. They had snacks, beer, wine, schnapps etc. Such a great location to have as a home base, there’s so many other cute towns close by to explore. The host was so sweet, she is a very kind person. ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommend. 👍 - from 🇨🇦

Location is very good, it's only a few minutes walk to the town center (where the bus stop is). Meals: Breakfast. Beautiful view. You will be welcomed in a friendly manner. Room was very nice.

-Owners got mad at us for not informing them of our arrival time saying they asked in advance and told us 3x how much we had inconvenienced them. There was no such email, we did everything they requested in advance. I triple checked. All we got were automated emails. We were locked out when we first arrived.-The Tuscany double didn’t have a bathtub like they advertised in their photos. It has a cramped bathroom with a shower.-it does have a very lovely view of the mountains, like most hotels here.Will update as our stay continues 2/5
