Highly recommended, from booking to arrival, warm, friendly and helpful.Got good tips on where we can go hiking or plan excursions.Today we received a nice breakfast directly in our room and we were able to express our wishes or intolerances.We'll definitely be back. Now let's enjoy the 4 days.

We spent a very nice holiday in the Marianne guesthouse. Our room with terrace, garden and a wonderful view of the Zugspitze was excellent. The breakfast was rich and varied. The landlords provided us with maps so that we could explore the sights around the Eibsee and Zugspitze. We would be happy to come back.Atin & Horst

We had a holiday apartment for 2 weeks in August. Everything was very neat and tidy, protective covers on all shelves. The view of the Zugspitze from the terrace was unique, unfortunately we couldn't eat outside even when it was raining - the wasps had to have a nest nearby and were there immediately. Our child is highly sensitive, so always eat inside. Too bad.The children's room was accessed via a narrow spiral staircase from the living room to the basement, which wasn't visible on the plan. It was nice and cool but also musty. When the Lütte was asleep, we could no longer listen to music in the living room and the television had to be turned off. We will therefore no longer book this accommodation on our next holiday. The house is very centrally located and yet quiet. We were able to reach the swimming pool, restaurants, the Zugspitze cable car and more on foot. We received some very good tips from the landlord couple, thank you for that.

The landlords are very nice and helpful, they are happy to give great tips on how to explore the area. We can highly recommend the Marianne guesthouse. We would be happy to come back.

We were able to spend two wonderful weeks of vacation in the Marianne guesthouse and we felt very comfortable.The apartment was very clean and tidy.The location is ideal: the swimming pool, playground, mini golf and train station are within easy walking distance and you can leave the car behind with peace of mind.Every morning we had a very rich breakfast with everything you could want. There was always an extra surprise for the children.Of course, there were always tips and advice for great hikes or excursions.All in all a very nice holiday, a great guest house and highly recommended.

Our stay was unique. We received a friendly and warm welcome and received a free room upgrade.The suite was exceptionally clean and very spacious. Breakfast was served in the room and requests for breakfast were requested and implemented daily. The location of the guesthouse is ideal as a starting point for all hikes and the connection to all hiking buses (free of charge included in the Grainau Guest Card). We had a great vacation in the guest house in September 2023. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast in the room, which was delivered on time every day and of excellent quality. Very nice accommodation, friendly owners who give very good advice for excursions for a nice holiday.From the accommodation you can see the Zugspitze.Other mountains and places can be easily reached with the guest card or by public transport without having to move your car.We enjoyed it.

We can only say good things, the rooms are very clean and comfortably furnished, we really enjoyed the radio in the room. So in the morning we were able to comfortably enjoy the breakfast, which was delivered on time, in our room while sleeping with music. We thought it was great. When we asked for honey and Nutella, it was brought immediately. It was my birthday and there was even a birthday cake for me. Breakfast was varied. Yes, the payment thing is a bit strange, but it doesn't detract from the room. After all, it doesn't matter whether you pay before or after. We found the signs with the FFP2 masks a bit off-putting at first glance and didn't wear any. But that is our only point of criticism. If we come to Grainau again, we would like to go back to Marianne.

The hosts are very warm and accommodating. The breakfast was lovingly prepared and plentiful, the room was very clean with a view of the Zugspitze. Various excursions were recommended and you always felt comfortable. Gladly again and an absolute recommendation.
