It sells itself as a luxury resort, but is ultimately just a parking space well located for hiking. The pitches themselves are full of pebbles/rubble, but have all connections (electricity, water, etc.). There is only a small, outdated playground for children - that's it. Service was very nice and accommodating, but unfortunately the overnight stay is totally overpriced. We didn't use the wellness area.

Spontaneously got a spot. Unfortunately we couldn't reserve anything over the phone. We were told on the phone that there were still two places available. It worked too. View was great. Sauna great. Toilets were new, but not always clean. Maybe it was the audience. Small trail to Edeka, etc. At the reception there was advertising for a machine that cleans the toilet cassettes. Then I set off with the cassette and found that the machine was out of order. Is annoying. What I missed was soap or shower gel in the sauna area. Belongs to 5 stars. A bus ticket was included in the price. But we'll never do that again. Bites super full.

Two people and a dog costs around €100 per night (on the cheapest pitches, large pitches or those with a bathroom are much more expensive)The place is simple, more like a motorhome parking space.The toilets are unkempt. The attempt to find one that was reasonably clean failed every day.The sauna area, however, is very niceThe location would be great if there wasn't a fence preventing direct access to the hiking area and the cable car. So you first have to walk through the village of Latschen for 40 minutes before you get anywhere.The points for the location are only given because after walking through the village it becomes very picturesque.But without a bike you're lost, I wouldn't recommend the place purely for hiking.The railway line runs right next to the campsite, the train is very loud.Where this place has 5 stars is a mystery to me.For €100 per night I get much better

A great campsite 😊🏕️Had a great pitch with a private bathroom 😍The location is fantastic for many excursions and hikes. The staff is really nice. Sauna area also great.Unfortunately we only stayed 3 nights.

Great place, great location. Booked with private bathroom. Highly recommended if you are traveling with the kids. If I were looking for something to complain about: a pool would be the icing on the cake. (That's complaining at a very high level:-) ) Shops within walking distance. A restaurant too. Make sure you have the right pegs, the ground is stony.

We have been at the campsite in a mountain hut for 8 days now. It was beautiful. The only drawback was the mountain hut is a little tight for 4 people, the dishes are enough for 2 people. The cleanliness could be better (cobwebs). Despite everything, we had a wonderful week

Unfortunately I am shocked by the hygiene. Ideally, camping toilets should be cleaned several times a day. Here the toilets were not cleaned once during our stay (4 nights). The cleaning lady is out in the sanitary facilities in the morning and thinks that her work is done when she puts up the "Caution freshly wiped" sign.Armed with only a mop and a single cleaning rag (!!!) and without cleaning products or a cleaning bucket with fresh water, everything seems to be roughly wiped over everything with a rag (hopefully not the toilets too).Blood and food stains on the toilet bowls and walls and doors.There are no hygiene bags for women. No disinfection options in the toilet cubicles for the toilet seats. This is surprising since the sanitary facilities are relatively new.And if you want to disinfect your hands after visiting the display in the aisle, you find that it is filled with chlorine (!!).Unfortunately, the name “resort” and the 5 stars are not justified here. Disgusting.Very unfortunate. The ladies at reception are extremely friendly. The complex has a great view and a great connection to supermarkets and buses etc. The sauna area is also super nice (and clean). You might think these are two different places.

We chose the place by the river. Nice view and slightly elevated. For a parking space at 46 euros, it's not exactly cheap. The space in the mobile home port was also 40 euros. The place was quiet but unfortunately totally soggy.

We had our caravan and a sanitary facility just for us on the site, simply perfect! It was a lovely experience with you, a fantastic view of the Zugspitze, I would love to come back.

Very nice and optimally located campsite. We booked a private sanitary facility, which was very clean and practical. The service is uncomplicated and friendly. The area is beautiful and was definitely worth the visit, but only recommended in the low season.

We were guests in the motorhome for 5 days. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is well located, bus connections and shopping opportunities are easy to reach. Pitches are very spacious.Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are outdated and not clean. Toilet paper holders are broken (all of them in the women's toilet) and there are no hygiene bags in the toilet. Showers are moldy. Therefore the 5 stars are not justified. The train tooting is not a disturbing noise.

Top location. Great view, we had a spot with a view of the mountains. I would rent the rental bathroom right on site again and again.The bread roll service is great and the shopping options are perfect.However, I don't give it 5 stars because there is still room for improvement, especially in the sanitary area.There is a small path for dog owners, but it is really short.If you want to go to this area you can definitely book the place, but you shouldn't set your expectations of 5 stars too high.

This is our third time at this campsite and we have always been satisfied, except now. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities leaves a lot to be desired for a 5 star place. Mold in the showers, toilets and showers are not cleaned regularly. The sanitary facilities are cleaned or half-heartedly flown over while operations are ongoing. This is a NO GO for us, especially if this is a 5 star place, which also has its price. The area is fantastic, but we don't know whether we'll go to the campsite again.Maybe you shouldn't rest on your laurels and pay attention to the service/hygiene, because at some point the guests will stay away.

Small campsite with a fabulous view. Very good starting point for trips to the Zugspitze, to the Eibsee, to Garmisch-Partenkirchen,… Use of public transport is included in the guest card. Bus stops directly in front of the CP area.The sauna (60 degrees organic, 80 degrees) is mega. From here you have a stunning view of the meadows and mountains. The very modern and cozy sauna/wellness area is open from 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Unfortunately, the phenomenon of private lounger reservations with towels haunts you here too...The sanitary facilities are new. However, it is up to the guests how they leave the toilet facilities…. We have rarely found such unsightly sights as numerous as on this CP.Attention: ELECTRICITY EXTRA. Since no one explicitly asked us about the use of electricity when we checked in (but we didn't ask), we assumed that it would be included in the relatively high CP prices and connected our self-sufficient motorhome...Supermarkets can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.⭐️⭐️⭐️ or ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: You have to decide for yourself whether you choose 5 stars with a unique view and sauna or the 3 star place on the other side of the street, which belongs to the same operator.

We stayed at the campsite for 5 days and had a comfort pitch with a private bathroom on the pitch. The campsite is nice, but there isn't "much to offer" there itself. There is a small bistro, a pub and a small playground. Unfortunately for me it's not enough for the price you pay there. The parking spaces are very small and narrow due to the private bath house on them. Our caravan with awning and car didn't quite fit on it. The pitch is equipped with coarse pebbles. Unfortunately, walking barefoot was very painful despite the awning carpet. In the middle of the square there is an electricity house/transformer house including a camping butler for emptying the toilet. Unfortunately we had the parking space right next to it and the humming of the generator 24/7 was very annoying. The smell of the camping butler (when it was used by other campers) was also very unpleasant on our pitch. The employees are very friendly, but we were there with a couple we were friends with and our orders for bread rolls etc. were booked wildly. Unfortunately, that didn't really work, even though we gave the parking space numbers every time. Unfortunately, the private bathroom is not cleaned during your stay, you have to do that yourself. You can't wash dishes in the private bathroom either, which would have been great, as there is only one dishwashing house with 4 sinks at the reception and it was often full (at peak times).All in all it was a nice vacation, but unfortunately the price was far too high for the service.
