So the outside is very old and unkempt, the room is ok and clean, you can't expect much, but it's a quiet area

The worst accommodation I've ever had, mold and dust in the bathroom. The kitchen is completely worn out, this applies to all rooms. Dear landlords, this will definitely not work. I would be ashamed to rent something like that.

We were there for 2 nights. Room was as pictured. Newly furnished and big enough for 2 people. Unfortunately we were now at -degrees. The windows desperately need an upgrade. Despite heating at maximum, we didn't get any real heat. Showering was out of the question. The tiles were icy cold. I thought it was ok for a short overnight stay, but I lack the attention to detail for a longer stay. The location is actually great. Quiet, by the water and forest. A restaurant is also scheduled to open in 2024. Then there is also breakfast. Unfortunately not at the moment.The online check-in went smoothly. The landlord was also nice and you got an answer quickly.

The 2-bed room apartment is a basement apartment, dark, hardly any daylight, the air is clammy and damp. The furniture is as good as new, but the floor has black dirty tile joints that are actually white, and there is still dust and hair from the previous tenants in the corners. White bedside rug hasn't been washed in ages, grey-brown dirty. Walls of the apartment with damp spots. You could only walk around the apartment in shoes and in the shower with flip-flops. No comfortable seating area available. Basic equipment such as scissors, broom, towel holder and sufficient coat hooks are missing. The only positive thing is the beautiful, quiet location with the Spree in the garden. The apartment itself is not comfortable: dark, clammy and damp, dirty floors. I've never been happier to get out of a holiday apartment.

Positive: quiet location in the middle of nature; friendly landlords; little attention in the form of eggs and honey; uncomplicated arrival and departureNegatives: The photos are mainly of the lower apartment! The upper apartment (apartment) is worn out and urgently needs to be renovated!!! --> Stains on the carpets, blood stains on the bed sheets, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and the lamps, dust on the furniture, musty smell in the stairwell, the terrace could not be accessed because there was no railing, unclean sanitary facilities in need of renovation, Washing machine was broken, little pressure on the pipe in the shower, fly screen on the patio door torn, furniture thrown together, cracks/stains/dowels in the walls, oven greasy

Location is very quiet. Unfortunately it needed a bit of renovation and little things like a toilet brush were missing, or there wasn't enough cutlery, e.g. teaspoons.

You will definitely not regret staying overnight at the Markgrafenmühle. If you are exploring the Spree cycle path and are looking for a place to regenerate, this is the right place for you.There is a locked place for the bikes, a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, a very pleasant shower and the opportunity to chill outside at the end of the day.The rooms are almost comfortable and the family that hosts you... It's best to form your own opinion
