This stagecoach "hotel" is definitely not worth its price. We have already stayed in guesthouses that were much nicer, more loving and better equipped and for less money.Above all, the room is extremely noisy! If you hear people talking in the next room at night, if you are woken up by the neighbor's light switch at half past three in the morning, if you hear the noise of the toilet, the flushing and the sink, it is definitely not relaxing and not acceptable. There are also "little things" such as a broken toilet seat, a yellowed to black, partly broken rubber seal on the shower, a missing smoke detector and a careless furnishings (no picture on three large walls), not even the covers were zipped up but remained open. One main point of criticism: the room was constantly stuffy despite being ventilated several times. We ventilated, were out in the city for a few hours and urgently had to ventilate again when we returned. The nights were also very unpleasant. Especially since it was not possible to ventilate at night because there were no mosquito nets (which are really not expensive, but drastically increase the comfort in such a musty room). The first time we tried to ventilate at night we had two mosquitoes in there. Therefore, the urgent advice is to invest a little money and time here.As a little extra, there was a printed email from the previous guest lying around with all the data (and no, not well hidden), that simply shouldn't happen. The restaurant is only open for events, not for individual hotel guests. The breakfast for €12 per person was the minimum standard and ok, but here too we have eaten better in guesthouses. So all in all a catastrophic price-performance ratio and unfortunately not a relaxing holiday (thanks to the nights).

We dined here twice after a funeral in 21 months. At the first funeral, the service and quality were still good for the price, but unfortunately things were different this time. The table staff seemed listless and didn't know any form of politeness, which is completely unnecessary after such an occasion. There was also no relationship between price and performance. You get the impression that the location (immediate proximity to the cemetery) and the situation of the people are being exploited. Very unfortunate

At the funeral service there were lovingly garnished sandwiches. The soup was very tasty. The inn was clean and nicely furnished.

We had booked this accommodation for four days and arrived on electric bikes. After a complicated check-in with calls to get a key code, we were in the roomIn the room we found a small information folder with the rules of conduct, especially in the event of a fire, and the WiFi password.Stickers on the door make it clear to us that batteries are not allowed to be charged in the room.Since we travel a lot, we were also aware of this from other accommodations and of course we took it into account. After a short while, a gentleman who introduced himself as the property manager (was certainly the owner) knocked loudly on our door.He pointed out to us in an urgent tone that we were not allowed to charge batteries in the room. What we already knew. When asked where we could load the bikes into the property, the answer was: Not at all. We should use a public charging station. After we commented why it wasn't in the internet description, we got the answer that you don't have to publish everything. So a trap for e-bike riders. After a long discussion and pointing out that it wasn't very hospitable, we ended the conversation. There was also no hint or advice as to where we could charge the batteries in the city.Attention dear e-bike riders, you cannot charge batteries here. The room was small but wasn't a problem as we were out all day. The room smelled like a drain coming from the drain. We had to get a home fragrance to drown out the smell. There were no hooks for towels. The towel dryer was dismantled.Breakfast was simple. Lots of plastic packaging.Praise to the gentleman who prepared breakfast every day. He was very hardworking and friendly. The information folder said, “Don’t be afraid to talk to us if you have any requests,” we were shy.

We cannot understand the negative reviews for the “Zum Postkutscher” inn at all.A few days ago we booked the restaurant for a funeral service for around 24 people. After the funeral we received a very friendly welcome from the waitress, who felt understood after this sad occasion. The dining room is very comfortable and modern, everything was prepared and set very nicely for us.Our waitress immediately provided cool drinks and made a friendly effort to ensure our well-being.We ordered warm lunch, it tasted so delicious, you can't get it better at home because we're used to good "food". Since our mourners had a good appetite, our waitress Mr. B......Replenishments were always provided quickly, including drinks. The price-performance ratio is absolutely correct. We can only warmly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back. Our special thanks go to Mr. B...... and his boss for the friendly hospitality and the very good cuisine.Kind regards from the Fischer family

We received a very warm welcome - despite our late arrival (we had previously informed this by telephone). The advice when selecting rooms was also aimed at us. At breakfast, the tables were put together without us having to ask so that we could have breakfast together (7 people). The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. A water bottle for the night was also available. The location of the rooms was on the ground floor facing the courtyard; therefore very quiet. At breakfast there was something for everyone (including vegetables). Requests (toast bread and Kaba) were also fulfilled immediately. The service was very friendly.Unfortunately, dinner was not possible as this cannot be offered due to a lack of staff. But in the city (tram stop is diagonally opposite the hotel) you can find enough alternatives. We will happily come back here when we are in this area. Thank you for the lovely stay.

The one star goes to the man we checked in with and who always refilled the breakfast buffet. He even cracked a smile. Otherwise we didn't feel welcome. The boss has no guest culture at all. We won't go into details. The rooms are clean and simply furnished. However, the bed linen had a few holes in it and the shower didn't work quite smoothly. At times only cold water came for a long time. In our opinion, the price for the overnight stay is overpriced. We can definitely not recommend the hotel.

It was very difficult to find the entrance because it was not signposted and couldn't be identified from the paths. In the shower you had to wait 5 minutes for warm water to run.The breakfast was uninspired and the same every day.The way to the city takes 30 minutes on foot.
