I will not visit this hotel a second time. When we arrived, the previous resident's hairstyle was still on the bed.In the shower, one half of the shower stall had already checked out and the water pressure was so low that pressure is the wrong term for it.It didn't clean on its own for 3 nights.Location is good if you want to spend a few days in Wilhelmshaven. It takes 20 minutes to reach the Kaiserbrücke.I stayed in small hotels and inns for work for a while and unfortunately the hotel was a level or two below "normal". Sry.

The reception is only staffed until 6pm during the week, but it was possible to get the room keys by phone an hour later. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom. Small refrigerator and hairdryer available. However, the light switch can just be reached between the wall and the wardrobe, heating behind the bed, enough sockets, interesting the bedside tables next to the bed, look like stools, but have a drawer in the lower area and a switch at the front that turns on the lighting, because the original The assumed seat is a plexiglass pane through which the light shines upwards.Breakfast rather limited selection.Warm drinks only tea and coffee, no cocoa. Hard-boiled eggs upon request.

The room was a disaster. The pillowcases are ancient. A blood stain on the sheet. The towels would have been thrown away long ago (thin and washed thousands of times). Half of the door on the shower enclosure was missing. Showering was almost impossible, the temperature couldn't be adjusted. When you shower, the entire bathroom is flooded with water. Towels “sacrificed”. No hooks in the bathroom. Before the trip there is a sign on the door saying “please clean your room” and of course change towels. When we returned we were shocked, nothing happened, the trash cans weren't emptied, the beds weren't made, and NO new towels. We then left the “hotel” in a hurry.

The hotel is okay for a few nights. It is well located for trips to Hooksiel and Wilhelmshaven City. The operator really tries hard and is very nice. However, the room needs more cleanliness and fresh bed linen. This smelled and in my opinion was not new. This is a real no-go. The mattresses were far too saggy, you lay in real hollows. The breakfast was okay, nothing special but it fills you up.

Absolute disaster! The bed linen is so old that it is already half falling apart. Completely overdue to replace it! Hair, dirt everywhere and even burn holes in the bed linen. Smelled like someone had already been lying in there or like feet. The chair was also very unpleasant to look at. General cleanliness was lacking, including in the bathroom. Towels are already half falling apart… Card payments not possible as it apparently hasn't been set up for months. Breakfast not possible. Refrigerator doesn't work. It's really cheeky to offer such a service for this price! Even after asking for the bed to be changed, we didn't get an appropriate response back. It was still done but I found the handling very unpleasant. In the end I didn't even have the heart to spend the night there despite paying. It wasn't a nice experience for me!

There are stars because I spontaneously got a room within an hour, but at the online price without any proof or my details being asked for.You don't know where to start. Saggy bed with waves in the topper, gaps in the laminate, pimple residue (blood spatters) on the mirror, mold in the shower and in the refrigerator, bed linen completely full of peeling, towels that are already disintegrating, cobwebs everywhere, no fly screens, TV doesn't work (not even after you mention it) and only the most obvious was cleaned.A handful of parking spaces for 15 rooms, not funny, there was already parking on the sidewalk. For breakfast you are referred to the bakery.Stairs creak so loudly that you fall out of bed when another guest goes down (in this case at 4 a.m.).I booked a room for myself and my two small children, received a 1.2 m bed and was allowed to stay awake at night so that they didn't fall out of the very high bed. It's better not to look at the TV from behind 🤮 unfortunately cheap is really cheap here

One star is still too many! In the stairwell and in the hallways you are greeted by a musty, stale smell. No breakfast available, although offered online for an additional charge. No card payment possible. The beds don't seem freshly made and also smell musty. Foreign hair! The shower cubicle is dangerous to health. A sliding shower door can hardly be moved, let alone closed, and is in danger of falling off the top rail. The lower rails are extremely dirty. We booked two nights but left after one night. Never again!

Just look at the photos. The shower was in this condition. A sliding door is missing. No need to explain the rest! It's really surprising that the beds are covered with Joop linen. With this shower you don't need luxury bedding! Breakfast? None! Although it is advertised on booking portals. But the guest only finds out when he is exhausted and standing at the reception with his luggage. And because that's not enough: pay only in cash! The device is ready, but not yet connected. Great first impression of Wilhelmshaven! Dear operators of this hotel: You are really doing your city a big favor! Oh well, breakfast was at least the next morning at the bakery a few doors down.
